I will start this with I am not one to complain often however this cruise was not what I expected. This was my hubby and I's second cruise, first on Carnival and the kids (17 & 15) first cruise. Hubby and I must have been spoiled on Celebrity. The food was regularly cold every time I had pancakes on the buffet they were cold, the french toast was raw, sea day brunch the eggs benedict hollandaise ...

This was my 25th cruise and 8th with Carnival. Just returned from a 7 night cruise on the Carnival Glory and this was by far the worst cruise I have ever experienced. I have medical needs and medical needs letters were sent before went set sail and given to the restaurant when I arrived as instructed which explained what I could eat. My diet were not followed, the restaurant only gave me the ...

Carnival really dropped the ball on this cruise. They offered this up to travel agents, so we could experience "Carnival" and conversely sell it to our clients. After sailing on this ship/itinerary. The only way I would could recommend this cruise if it was free, because had I paid I would have wanted a refund. Let me first start with the positive, the staff deserves all kudos, they provided ...

EMBARK CAN GET VERY BUSY AT TIMES WHEN BUSES COME FROM THE AIRPORTS.Disembark was faster than expected. Some of the staff on ship were very friendly and helpful and warm. At first, we were on the 6th floor mid-ship cabin which was right over the band playing in casino (very noisy) plus room was not that clean plus minor things in room need to be replaced ex-shower curtain, furniture look like ...

We are a family of three, Myself, Wife and daughter who is 7 years old. We have been on a total of 8 cruises and think they are a good way to spend a vacation. We always arrive into our port of call early to check out the sites and just in case delays with the flight. Before our cruise we went to the everglades and took an airboat ride and watched alligator handling. They both were very ...

Air conditioning in stateroom was awful, but at 72F-75F they will not adjust it. We got a fan which was noisy, drafty (got a sore throat from draft), and left no outlet to charge phone. As you walk through ship you pass through distinct zones of smelly stale air. The serving staff will not bring you a drink if they can't charge you for it. For example, they will not bring you a lemonade in the ...

This was our third family cruise with a group of 10 people ranging in ages from 26 to 69, our second family cruise with Carnival, and my husband & I.. our third cruise with Carnival. He is 26, I am 27 and this review is a consensus of our entire group. Our previous cruises with Carnival have been a let down, but my family wanted to give Carnival one last chance. At the end of the cruise we said ...

This year (4th cruise in 5 years) we went with the basement bargain Carnival so we could get a huge group of us (23 in all) on the boat, and in good rooms for cheap cheap cheap. However, in the end, it is not worth the frustration of watching the shoreline get slowly larger in the window 90 minutes after we were supposed to be on the beach. Consistency was the theme on this cruise. ...

This is the 7th time we've cruised, second time on Carnival (all the others on Holland America except one on Norwegian). I found the cruise mediocre, there were tonnes of people. We looked forward to getting a nice tan on our pale Canadian skins, and found that the decks were ALWAYS filled with people, and the pool so full, there wasn't even room to swim (but you could get in and stand with ...

The "Glory" on May 2, 2010. Boarding in Miami was easy and fast lunch was ready and everyone was pleasant. Our ocean view room (2450,deck 2,port side aft) was very clean and much larger than we expected, luggage was a little delayed but with around 2900 people on board it was to be expected. The ship was clean and the crew was very friendly. Dining in the Golden Room at 6:00 was the "Saving Grace" ...
