Terrible Cruise

Carnival Glory Cruise Director and Entertainment were terrible!!!! Have been on several cruises - this was a big disappointment. Cruise acted like a Mama’s Constantine referring to his Mother pretending to receive calls from her while on stage. Not funny!!! Drove it into ground. The entertainers were great dancers but terrible singers. At our evening dinner table we all agreed that this was the ...

I chose this cruise because it was a gift and 10 family members were going. My sister and I were in Cabin 8453 - in the back. We liked the interior cabin because it was quiet, well away from foot traffic. Our cabin steward was extremely nice and polite. The cabin air conditioner was always on the highest setting and the room never seemed to cool down, especially after opening the front door. ...

This was a girls cruise. I’ve been on Freedom and Liberty so I’m familiar with the conquest class ship. This cruise made me realize that Carnival is no longer for me. Personally I feel Carnival needs to evolve on all levels especially entertainment. I’ve since cancelled Breeze . Embarking was easy where as disembarkment was terrible, Carnival blamed imagination but it wasn’t , it was ...

Outdated Cruise, Poor Hospitality

Booked this cruise for a family vacation while celebrating a birthday, from cruising in the past this is by far the worst we have been on. Carnival says that it is updated when it is clearly not, rust all over rooms and old beds and sheets. Service was the worst part about the ship, the stewards don't even change the sheets we had old blood stains that were not even ours!! soap was never changed, ...

This cruise was sold through a travel agent - we expected this cruise to be exotic dressy and fun after reading the dress code review - we expected it to be cosmopolitan - we had high standards of the cruise ship and decor -! We were so disappointed the first time cruising and it has put me off - there was o dress code - it was a tired ship - it stunk of tobacco in the casino and a bar area ...

after our TA Carnival Vista cruise which was so wonderful we though we would sail Carnival for all our upcoming cruises but after what we have seen on this cruise, I don't think so. During dinner we saw many times people getting food in their wet bikini / swim shirts staff stood there, looked and did not say anything. In the casino I saw one lady playing a slot machine with her child ( aprox ...

Dissapointed. 2/4 ports. Bad treat. Food, Dance Club and waiters the best thing.

After saving all the year, after a 9 hours flight from Argentina, we took the Carnival Glory Cruise hoping our experience would be the same as it was four years ago in the Carnival Imagination. Cabin was OK. Great Space. Bigger than in other cruise. On day 1, they informed us in an impersonal paper letter that we weren`t reaching Half Moon Key (stop nº1) due to Cold fronts "All right" we ...

This not being my first cruise I found it to be very disappointing. The service was minimal, I actually didn't know who my cabin steward was the entire trip. While trying to enjoy the deck with my 4 year old not once was I ever approached for a drink, you had to go to the bar and get it yourself. The food the entire trip was that, just food. Nothing special or spectacular, it kept one nourished ...

Carnival Glory: not its finest hour!

We have sailed on Glory three times over last 5 years and just returned from what I know will be the last. We love the itinerary as we are snorkelers and this is one of the best cruises for that. And the weather cooperated so all should have been great and on the past 2 trips it was everything we hoped and paid for. This time it barely met expectations. Price was slightly higher than 2 years ago ...

Glory is no Pride

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Glory

Went down to Norfolk to give another Carnival ship a try. Cruised on the Pride twice out of Baltimore. I really didn't like the Glory...even with all of the upgrades. Rooms were old and not quiet. Crew in halls very loud. Couple in next room having loud, screaming sex every night. I was not sure what to tell my son about that. Hated how the 3rd and 4th floors were broken up with no way to get to ...
