I would say I am basically a rookie cruiser although my 3rd cruise. I have gone 1st class (Oceania) which was great but being my first trip I’m sure my planning could have been better. Went too big Greece, Italy etc. Next was Norwegian. Had a great time but it was hard to navigate the ship I got lost a lot… This trip was on the Glory OMG! By the end of the first day I knew my way ...

We chose this cruise mainly due to the ship size and the location of the port. The amenities on this ship so far have been my favorite. I love the way the pool decks are laid out, and if you want quite pool time it is easy to find. We all know the party is mid ship, so that is always easiest to locate :) The food was good, but seems to have gone down hill for carnival in the past few years. I ...

Left New Orleans, with expectations of seeing Key West, Freeport Bahamas and Nassau Bahamas. BIT , hurricane Ian out a big monkey wrench in that and we instead went to Mohigany Bay Honduras, Belize City, and Cozomel Mexico. Ended up being a very great decision, and a very safe one. Our stateroom was very spacious, and I love the balcony. The room was always hot ,( never felt comfortable till the last ...

Everything with carnival cruise was perfect and smooth from the start of getting on. It was really easy to check in and the ship was very well kept. My cabin was just enough space for both me and my boyfriend. I really enjoyed the activities Dustin and all the fun squad did an amazing job, also I thought all the performers were great too. You could never say there was nothing to do because there ...

We came from South Carolina, and the drive down 95 to Miami was horrendous. Unless you're within much closer driving distance, you might think about flying in to MIA. We passed eight pretty serious accidents and a lot of construction along the way that really slowed things down. Embarkation: This was pretty smooth for us. We are Platinum, so we were ushered into a little lounge and started ...

My husband and I are in are 50's. We have cruised for 17 years. Mainly with carnival. We love carnival. We got to the port at noon and we were in are cabin at 12:30. We are platium members. The carnival Glory is an older ship. You couldn't tell. The service was out standing. We had some issues with are Stateroom and they were addressed right away. The dining room staff in the main dining was ...

This cruise was basically chosen in a spur-of-the-moment, "ohmygosh, it's HOW inexpensive?!" conversation between my wife and I; if I recall, the interaction was basically as follows: "Honey, I found a cruise over Spring Break that costs $[smallnumber] per person for a week, for a window cabin, out of Miami." "OK, sign us up." "But... don't you want to know where it's going?" "Doesn't ...

I sailed on Carnival for the first time in 2017 on the Carnival Vista. Great ship, but some of the other cruisers were not that considerate. I think that there were just too many people on the ship. We enjoyed the cruise however and are now hooked! We sailed in January on the Glory. I was a little concerned because the Vista was Carnival's newest ship and the Glory is an older ship. I have to ...

Some background. We are a married couple for Wisconsin. She is a retail manage for a major national company and I work in the hospitality division for a big golf resort. This is my 4th cruise and my wife’s 3rd, all with Carnival. This was our second cruise on Glory. We flew down to Fort Lauderdale, the day before our cruise and stayed at the Cambia Hotel & Suites Fort Lauderdale, Airport ...

My wife and I had sailed on Glory once before and enjoyed our time aboard, along with the fact that we got a great deal for a 7 day cruise. All the destinations we had visited several times before but we needed a break away and this was our choice. Glory is not too big or small and there seems to be something for just about anyone. We stayed at Red Roof Plus in Miami, an older Inn but with ...
