Great family cruise

I traveled with 4 families with kids between the ages of 10-16. We had a great time and loved the ports. We flew in the night before and stayed at the Springhill medical center. Not the nicest springhill we have stayed in but did the job since we were only there 12 hours. Everyone in our group had Faster to Fun or a Suite so we arrived at 10:25 and walked to the front of the line. At ...

The Glory Days Aren't Quite Over - Great Time on the Glory!

We came from South Carolina, and the drive down 95 to Miami was horrendous. Unless you're within much closer driving distance, you might think about flying in to MIA. We passed eight pretty serious accidents and a lot of construction along the way that really slowed things down. Embarkation: This was pretty smooth for us. We are Platinum, so we were ushered into a little lounge and started ...

We always choose Carnival and will continue to do so. We really enjoy at Conquest class of ship especially the Glory and being spring it was time for our annual back to back cruises. The service in the dinning room was outstanding and our room steward was also outstanding. We enjoy spending time on the lido deck on days at sea and had enough to keep us busy. Nights consisted of theater shows, ...

My husband and I are in are 50's. We have cruised for 17 years. Mainly with carnival. We love carnival. We got to the port at noon and we were in are cabin at 12:30. We are platium members. The carnival Glory is an older ship. You couldn't tell. The service was out standing. We had some issues with are Stateroom and they were addressed right away. The dining room staff in the main dining was ...

This cruise was basically chosen in a spur-of-the-moment, "ohmygosh, it's HOW inexpensive?!" conversation between my wife and I; if I recall, the interaction was basically as follows: "Honey, I found a cruise over Spring Break that costs $[smallnumber] per person for a week, for a window cabin, out of Miami." "OK, sign us up." "But... don't you want to know where it's going?" "Doesn't ...

Embankment: Quick and easy. we did not have FTTF. We had a 12:30 check in time. We were on the ship and in our room by 01:15pm Review: My Wife and I have been on 8 cruises and we did the glory about 8yrs ago. First time back on Carnival We choose this cruise simply for the ports and timing. We’ve heard all the rumors and stories about Carnival and we hoped that it was just a few ...

Well, my employees told me I needed a vacation and my wife's birthday was coming up. So I booked this only about a month out. Found a good deal on a Porthole cabin, and then contacted my travel agent. He was able to save me a couple of bucks on the fare (really, just $2 per person, but cheaper is always better.) Also this made our Platinum Cruise and also gave us a chance to visit with ...

I chose this cruise because it was a gift and 10 family members were going. My sister and I were in Cabin 8453 - in the back. We liked the interior cabin because it was quiet, well away from foot traffic. Our cabin steward was extremely nice and polite. The cabin air conditioner was always on the highest setting and the room never seemed to cool down, especially after opening the front door. ...

CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES RIPPED ME OFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T CARE

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Glory

Overall, I would NOT recommend Carnival Cruise Lines. The entertainment was less than average. The level of entertainment should be very high. This entertainment was cheesy. It was a lower level, like a dance recital level. We had a balcony state room near the spa. The room itself was small, and the bathroom was very small. The toilet smelled like urine. I asked for room service to ...

This was a casino offer. They gave me a free balcony for 2. Carlos and Jelina the casino hosts were amazing. The bar staff raymund and Milian and Tasha were very attentive and kind. Our cabin was 8416 balcony. Near elavtor which made it noisy. Cabin steward leave his car out in the hallway near our door in the morning and you would always hear it and people talking to him. Also there's a ...
