Carnival Galveston Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Nothing but long lines everywhere

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Vista

This was my 4th carnival cruise & my last. I usually purchase faster to the fun to skip the lines getting on the ship & to ensure we get our luggage early, usually by the time you get on the ship, since that's one of the FTTF's selling points. We arrived to the port at our scheduled time & was ushered directly into the regular line, not priority, despite telling each employee we encountered. They ...

This was our second cruise on this ship. We were very disappointed by the poor service and lack of customer service. The Horizon Dining was poor the hostess were rude and unfriendly and the food was good and lack of flavor . The Comedy was outstanding. Our cabin steward Petra was friendly and helpful. Security was terribe a gentleman in a green speedo was exposing himself in the Beach pool ...

My husband and I was looking so forward to going on a cruise this year since we havn't cruised since 2019 because of Covid. This was our 14th cruise with Carnival and it was by far the worst. We started cruising in 2009 and a lot of things have changed since then. But it has changed drastically since 2019. They seem to be short staffed with some them being rude and disrespectful. I have never been ...

Carnival did nothing right on this cruise. The ship was dirty the food was horrible and the customer service from the moment I tried to purchase the cruise was abysmal. The ship was way overcrowded, and I also had items stolen from my room. Carnival offered no help or compensation. They also charge for nearly everything while promising the trip is all-inclusive. I did my best to stay optimistic, ...

Do NOT get on this boat!!!!

We chose the carnival vista because we have three children that range in age from 9 to 17 years old and we felt that it offered amenities to please all age groups. The problem was, several of these amenities were not open on the boat due to staffing shortages. Also, Carnival now uses an app on your phone to check passengers in for my time dining. Every single day of the cruise there was a problem ...

First cruise and I can honestly say this will be my last trip going on carnival dream . I wouldn’t recommend to anyone it’s more so an older cruise. The excursions are not in order like they should be. The WiFi goes in & out. The tv signal doesn’t stay on. They replay the same stuff over in over. The events on ship aren’t worth going to mostly. The workers are courteous. But they don’t know there ...

FIRST AND LAST........CARNIVAL NIGHTMARE!

This was my first cruise ever in my life and will unfortunately be my last! I was very discouraged in so many things on this ship. First the check in process in Galvaston TX was a cattle call with no organization and the agents were rude and just screamed at you for you to get in line. That was the first impression. The food was good as long as you ate in the resturant every night. The rest of the ...

My wife and I have been on many cruises, so we thought we knew what to expect. We have cruised on Carnival, Princess, and Royal Caribbean. Before the pandemic, we would go on one to two cruises a year and have cruised on Carnival many times. This was the first time we cruised out of Galveston, Texas. Getting to the ship was an adventure as it was about 1 hour from any airport. There are many ...

Our family decided to take a cruise together. I personally travel for a living. This is absolutely worst experience I have ever had on a trip. The bed in my cabin had trash from previous guests underneath it. My fridge didn’t work and the T.V. would stop working every evening while I was in the winding down from the day. The food was horrible. I added cash to my account at a kiosk. When I went to ...

My wife and myself went on the seven day leaving 10/1/22. Right off the bat we noticed the severe overcrowding. You could not get an elevator the entire cruise, which was crappy but not significant. The lines for food were wrapped around for lunch and dinner buffet almost every night. The casino waiters for the most part acted like they didn't want to run drink orders (except Adrian) we was a God ...
