We had an issue with the cleanliness of both rooms. The balcony had vomit from the previous guest. We had underwear from a previous guest left in the bathroom. My sister brought her own personal towels & hung them on the rack. Per their rules if they are left on the rack they won’t take them. We were scheduled to cruise with our grown children in December but had to change it. I then saw that the Vista was coming to Galveston and knew this was our chance. I snagged a Havana Cabana at the last minute. Loved the ship. It rained--A LOT!! I chose to cruise during hurricane season.

We did a back to back cruise. Embarkation and debarcation was easy and fast. Staff was very helpful since I was in a boot due to a foot injury prior to the cruise.

We chose this cruise because of our sons birthday and this was our first cruise over 7 days. 6 Weeks prior to this our son broke his femur and therefore was not moving as well as normal. The cruise started off with everyone dealing with flooding in Galveston prior to boarding the ship. The initial plan was delayed departure at 7pm instead of 4 due to many guests being unable to get to terminal. We are gold on Carnival and with that we can say that the Vista was a fantastic ship. We were in a suite 7370. Excellent access to all events.
