We never had a burning desire to book a cruise, we just didn't think it would be for us. Some family members were going and we decided we would tag along -- they had decided on the date, ship and itinerary. In the end they were not able to go, so we carried on without them, unsure about how we would enjoy the trip. We had a great time!

Hello all!!! This was my 4th cruise-2nd one out of Galveston and I was not dissapointed :)
Got to lighthouse parking early. I LOVE this place!!!! around $50 for 7 days-includes transportation to the ship and covered/24-7 gated parking :) Super friendly always willing to help as much as they can :) Got in parked our car and headed over to the ship.

I have very mixed feelings about this cruise. First, what upset me the most. The ship sailed at 4:00, and there was a mandatory safety briefing at 3:30.
