Carnival Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades) Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Conquest

I've sailed on this ship several times and enjoy it. The crew is friendly and there is a lot of good food although my steak in their specialty restaurant was cold and undercooked. I really can't recommend the Steakhouse. The entertainment is worth seeing. My two complaints are: the music is too loud and I wish they would ban smoking in the casino. Unlike other cruise lines I have used, with ...

Lets start with check in at Port Everglades. We were scheduled for a 11:30 check in. Got there about 11:25 am and it took about an hour to check in. The longest wait was after we had done all the paperwork and were just waiting to get on the ship, perhaps it was because of the gauntlet of photographers. No "Welcome Aboard" free drink nor any information about how best to get to the upper decks. ...

I booked this cruise before ever having cruised before, although by the time we sailed a few months later I had spent over 4 weeks between two other cruises with two other companies. People warned me that I would not like Carnival in comparison with my 3 weeks on the NCL Star my Danube river cruise with Vantage. I tried, however, to keep an open mind, knowing for example, that a lot that was being ...

The Conquest is one of our favorite ships, although it is time for a trip to the shop for some maintenance. Our cabin was spotless and tip top.The food is just all right; nothing to write home about. Can't say I'm happy with the closing of the mid-ship ice cream machines down after dinner. The only one open is the one on Lido, aft. For some reason they shut down Guy's Burgers at 6pm so if you want ...

Friendliest, and best crew I've ever noted aboard a cruise.

Both my wife, and I are Carnival "Diamond", so we've been aboard, and sailed almost all the Carnival fleet. We found "Conquest" to have the most accommodating, and friendliest crew we've ever sailed with. Always smiling, and apparently very happy to do their job. I'm sure this comes directly down from the top brass aboard. Food was good, but not as good as it once was. Dining room service ...

We are four ladies who cruise regularly on Carnival. We've sailed other lines but keep coming back to the "FUN SHIPS"! Two of us shared an obstructed view inside cabin (4J), one was in an inside cabin and the last had a balcony cabin....all on Deck 10. Our rooms were all clean, some what updated and served its purpose. The housekeeping staff was excellent!! **I feel I must make the ...

Unfortunately for my husband and me travel on Carnival’s Sensation was not a positive experience. We choose to take this trip as a short get-away from New England weather and to visit Jamaica and Grand Cayman Island. We had taken one Caribbean cruise in the past, but have traveled to Alaska on Holland America and a Viking river cruise. Some of the negative experiences were beyond anyone’s ...

This cruise was a disaster with no where to run stuck in the middle of the Atlantic ocean making only 3 out of the 4 port of calls missing the best one Grand Turks, I'm sure in everyone's opinion. Wow was my girl pissed. So for starter lets talk about the good because that will take less time, the only two things that were good on the ship was the food and the housekeeping. The food was great and ...

We were a group of 4 ladies. I have been on many cruises(18) and I have to say this was the worst cruise ever!. I have been on Carnival ships before and didn't have any major issues. This boat was rocking from day one. I think the only time it was calm was when we were at port (3 of the 4 stops) Another thing I want to mention is on other Cruise ships we were always well informed. We would know ...

Just returned from New Years Eve - 3rd cruise for us, 2nd Caribbean, 1st News Years Eve Cruise. Departure from Fort Lauderdale was pretty effortless. Waited in a crazy long line for about 30 minutes and then another 20 or so to get through security, have our picture taken and obtain our sign and sail card. Our room was not immediately ready so we grabbed some lunch on the Lido Deck. Got into ...
