Port of Tampa was very easy port to get into and park. We had Priority Boarding went great on the ship and eating lunch in 10 min.
Carnival Paradise is a smaller ship but has all the upgrades and easy to get around lines were very short every time. The food was the best that we have had on our last few cruises, it was good very good.

We chose this cruise on the Carnival Paradise for one reason and one reason only - CUBA. The itinerary was exactly what we were looking for: only 5 days as we were leaving our 4 year old home w/ the grandparents and two ports Havana and Key West (which we also love).

My sister and I wanted to see Cuba and I am glad we went when we did since it seems now restrictions for travel there may be put back in place very soon.

Embarkation process was wonderful, our arrival time was between 12:30 and 1:00. We arrived around 12:00 and we walked right on the ship. We had lunch on Deck 10 the lido buffet. Our Cabin Steward Ketut was awesome during our B2B cruises. We had him for both cabins & his friendly greeting calling us by name was a pleasant surprise. We chose late cabin service, but the ice for the day was always there when we got back from breakfast.

This was a cruise to a place I always dreamed of visiting - CUBA. That was the highlight of the cruise. Embarkation went very smoothly. I chose this to see Cuba and was not disappointed. Carnival Paradise is an older ship but well maintained. Food was good everywhere, shows may not been comparable to some other lines but were entertaining, especially the comedians. Staff and service was top notch.

This was our 45th cruise and many of them have been on Carnival over the years dating back to the 80’s. So, we are no new to cruising and not easily impressed.
