Carnival Eastern Caribbean Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Carnival Liberty Cruise - Eastern Caribbean

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Liberty

We had a balcony cabin on the 6th floor and it was nice, spacious, and very comfortable. The problems I had with the cruise was that the food was less than I expected, we skipped Peurto Rico, and there was only 1 nightclub in which smoking was allowed. The shows were good, not great, but entertaining but there were only 2 shows for the week. The comedians were very good and a highlight of the ...

First (and probably last) Carnival cruise. Food-often arrived lukewarm at dinner, sitdown breakfast omlet was equal to a budget hotel freebee, bagel overtoasted, buffet lines were long but food was better. Alternate dining at grill was excellent as was the deli. Refused to pay more for the steak restaurant although many said it was a five star meal. Service was below average. Slow service, waiters ...

Lets talk about the positive aspects of the cruise first. The dining room staff was attentive, friendly ,helpful. and very hard working. The workout area was quite adequate, clean and well equipped. The stateroom was clean and nicely appointed and the cabin stewards took care to keep in in good order. Now for the rest of the story.....With the exception of the two "elegant" dining evenings the ...

I have been on several cruises on both Carnival & RCI. This is the only cruise where I was ready for it to be over. From the first moments on the ship until passing through customs on the return I cannot think of anything really postivie to write about the experience. The service was slow every where. The Dining experience was horrendous. We had to wait every night for 30-45 minutes for seating ...

Carnival Sunshine: Prior to booking the cruise I read the reviews for this ship. Many were not positive, but, my wife and I were willing to see for ourselves. We found out that the negative reviews were exactly right. The good: "Guys" Burger's were great. Probably the best burger and fries I have ever had. Both getting on the ship and getting off the ship were very easy and quick. The crew ...

Rather than driving to Miami and taking the 8 day Breeze to Aruba, we opted for Port Canaveral since we live 5 minutes from it. Also since we love Grand Turk we ended up with the Sunshine. On Day 1 we were wondering why we didn't just drive to Miami. We have sailed on Carnival (VIP over 20), RCCL (6), NCL (1), Disney (3) Typically we select interior Lido or above. We opt to go balcony when it ...

To start out this was our 12th cruise with Carnival, so I am only comparing this cruise with our other Carnival cruises. To rate this cruise I am giving it a C -, ( if was not for the great wait staff I would of given it a D ).The ship was nice, but, the entertainment was not good. The main shows I had basically seen before on other ships, but, not as "main shows".( the entertainment was more or ...

We are done with Carnival. Nothing new with this cruise line. We did the faster to the fun and that is always well worth the $50. As far as the ship, there was very little entertainment on the Splendor. What was there was the same as on other Carnival ships as far back as 5 years ago. On sea days or nights, unless you had kids, there was very little to do except go to the casino. There was never a ...

I'll start by saying this was my 8th cruise, 4the with Carnival. This was the first one that I felt I did not get what I paid for. Not even close. My husband and I were celebrating our 35the wedding anniversary with a group of 21 people. Within an hour of boarding the ship regret started as we were trying to find deck chairs sit in. It become apparent that Carnival had added more staterooms and ...

If you are looking for quality cuisine, choose another cruise company. Ship is old and looked like something out of the 70's. We were waiting for the disco ball to fall from our ceiling. If you enjoy raunchy entertainment, you will enjoy this cruise. One good thing was the wait staff at each dinner was efficient, kind and entertaining. Internet does not work. Be prepared for a sale job in your ...
