This ship had the slowest elevators i have ever seen. Had to take stairs most of the time. It was supposedly remodeled recently, so you would think it would be faster not slower. We were very pleased with the cruise BUT we always get a balcony and right below our balcony was a whirlpool with a very bright light that shined into our room all night. This was our first cruise in about 10 years and we had both kids and older adults with us. We all had a great time at each port and I’d recommend the shore excursions we did through carnival. Because it got dood reviews and it was leaving from Baltimore. Unfortunately we had a very rough ride down and back and weather was not good anywhere but Half Moon Cay but that not the cruises fault. This cruise was most notable for the weather - it was cold, windy, and wet for most of the cruise. Really the only beautiful day was our Half Moon Cay day - so that was nice. But the seas were quite rough most of the time (it's great the ship has stabilizers) too. The ship was a bit dated and in big need of painting and refurbishing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good. The shows were lacking for sure.
