This is our whole group in front of the Christmas tree in the main lobby.
I am sitting on the deck looking for whales or dolphins which I never saw.
It really feels like you are swimming with them but you never get wet!

We chose this particular cruise because it left out of a port we could all access fairly easily by car AND seemed like a good fit for the children and teenagers in our group. Also, a couple of the adults in our party very much wanted to do some gambling as well. The "Dream" seemed to have it all. We were not disappointed. The ship was lively and full of fun activities and different dining choices. ...

First Cruise, I really didn't know what to expect. What I didn't like was that there wasn't a Seafood night or dinner. In order to get Seafood you had to go to a regular restaurant. I guess I was just thinking on a Cruise they would automatically have a Seafood dinner night if nothing else. The food wasn't all that good either. I also wished they would have had a separate section for children. I ...

Mediocre Cruise

We have cruises on Norwegian and Royal Caribbean several times and thought we would try Carnival this trip. What a mistake, the food was terrible. Very poor quality and very few selections. The Guys Burgers was the best place to eat on the ship. The Blue Iguana was second but neither serve dinner so your stuck with the Lido Buffet or the Dining room which serve basically the same quality food. ...

Where do I start? The food was AWFUL. We paid extra for the steakhouse the last 2 nights just to get a tasty meal. The food was bland and tasteless. The food service was great, but the food was terrible. The pools are completely crowded and the buffets have monster lines and are completely full. 4500 people is too many people for that amount of square footage. The only time I felt comfortable was ...

The ship is absolutely stunning. Everything was very clean and easy to navigate after the first day. The staff was some of the best! Mercy was our room steward and she is the sweetest! I was traveling with my grandmother and my son who is 10 months old. He loved her as much as we did. Everyone was so nice to us. Eat in the dining room! The food was excellent along with the wait staff. Alvaro, ...

I was able to take my in-laws that have lived their entire lives in Mexico and never had any type of vacation like this. I was so glad to be a part of it. Everything was great to them and it really showed me how much I took for granted and nit picked. I realized that someone remembering my name or not wasn't a big deal, whether I could sit in a deck chair, or whether the shows were exactly like ...

Arrived a day early to explore some of New Orleans. Had a great meal at Felix in the French Quarters. Arrived on Sunday at the port around 10 am. Parked at the port cost was $140 for the week. Going through check in was pretty fast about 20 minutes but had to wait in the holding area until 11 am when they started to let people aboard according to the zone you were in. We were in zone 4 and got ...

We had a great week on the carnival Dream. There was always something for everyone to do. The boat was very clean and staff were always smiling. Our server at dinner, Walter, was outstanding. Always had a great attitude and was the hardest worker I saw all week. He went out of his way to make our dinners great. We will miss his smiling face. There’s plenty for children to do as well as adults. My ...

We went to the Carnival Dream last dec 23rd from New Orleans to r West Caribbean is pretty ok,But still I would not suggest to pick this for the following reasons. 1) Stateroom bed has urine smells on the first day with stinky due to Ocean View room. Later they fixed after complaining by changing bedsheets etc, So I suggest go for balcony when you pick any other ship. 2) I am in FWD, the ...

We are pretty laid back cruisers. We are usually down for whatever, and rarely complain or make a big deal of out of things. Our first time out of NO and getting on the ship was probably the quickest and most smoothest experience we have had with carnival. Parking was expensive at port. Overall ship was clean, however room was a B on clean. It wasn’t bad enough to complain but got the ...
