Cabin 9206

Never Again By: Cruise RL
We had a Junior Suite with a partially obstructed view by the Bridge of the ship. Beyond the broken shower door and non-working balcony light, the cabin was actually nice. There was a walk-in closet and dressing area before walking into the bathroom. The bathroom had double sinks and a jacuzzi tub and shower combination. Our room attendant was good and definitely made the voyage better for us.

Carnival BAD Dreams By: CanmoreCruiser
Room - I would not encourage booking this as the door to the balcony would whistle at night and maintenance came twice to try to rectify it. The third time mentioned to the cabin steward he looked at it but there was no follow up. We tried to put napkins wedged into the door to stop the whistle. Other than that, our cabin steward was very helpful. I would encourage quieter cabin areas. My daughter had a cabin #9290 and daily had issues with children running down halls being loud, knocking on doors during the night, and while she liked her room the hall noises came through and were disruptive. She did have plumbing issues twice- toilets backing up and sewage smells.

Our junior suite had plenty of storage for the three adults we shared our cabin with. The bathroom with dual sinks was a very nice touch. The location was close to the main atrium elevators, thou at times you can still hear the entertainment performing in the lower atrium lobby. But being so close to the elevators made up for that minor complaint. I wish Carnival would offer larger balconies such as Princess has for their mini-suites. Over all the cabin was very nice.

Cutting costs By: godallas
Paid a lot extra to get a Junior Suite but we certainly enjoyed it. Lots of room, lots of storage space. Will probably try and get one the next time we go if we can afford it.

25th Anniversary By: 25th Anniversary '86
We stayed in a Jr Suite; the room and bathroom was fine, but the tub was really small if you wanted to take a bath or use the whirlpool; you need to weigh no more then 100 or so pounds to be able to fit into the tub. Better off taking shower and even that was not bigger then if you had a smaller room with just the shower. The rest of the bathroom was great though.

Transatlantic Dream By: misvanelle
Suite was lovely, closet doors in dressing area derail easily, whirlpool doors will slam back and forth on rough seas, LCD TV is too high up to be viewed from the bed (poor angle makes picture dark), large balcony was great
