Oceanview stateroom with a private balcony and twin beds that convert to a king. Every Carnival guest is assured of spacious, comfortable accommodations. All staterooms have carpeting, ample drawer and closet space, private facilities (shower, basin and toilet), telephone and color television showing first-run films. Our ships all feature staterooms above ocean level for a more comfortable cruise.
Cabin was small. Good water pressure. Cabin steward not so good. Saw him the first and 6th day of a 7 day cruise. Storage is good. Room needed a good cleaning including windows washed and counter tops cleaned. Balcony is very small with lots of rust. Room was very quiet despite being under the water slides. Locations is close to elevators. Do not know how 4 people could really fit in this room comfortably. Read entire member review >>
Cabin was nice, Our stateroom steward was amazing. If we called, he would give us a timeframe and it would be less time than what he said every time! We wont sail without a balcony anymore, its worth the extra 200 dollars, we would have breakfast out there, relax at night, watch our ship come to port. Read entire member review >>
Typical Carnival cabin, roomy, many storage areas. Balcony not deep but serviceable with two chairs and one small table.
Can hear some noise due to open area near forward elevators from deck 3 even with door shut. Not constant.
You can hear music, etc from the main pool area from the balcony bu now too loud.
Like the location above but close to all on the Lido deck as well as convenient to the Encore Theater and when disembarking to different ports. Good location for Movies Under The Stars. Read entire member review >>
Cabin 11248 - Deck 11 - Our cabin was great. It was right around the corner from the elevators, so we had easy access to get in and out. We were right under the spa rooms, and we did not have any noise at all. Our steward Jonathan was awesome! Read entire member review >>
There was plenty of noise in the cabin in the evening from the atrium music and lobby activities. Noise from pool deck activities was also noticed in the room. There is a constant rattle in the wall /3rd closet area. The water in the shower was not real hot. We just turned on the hot side and it was fine. We never used cold water in the shower. Watch the safe as it is on an angle in the cabinet and items that fall behind it are hard to retrieve. There were two of us in this room and we had plenty of space, closet and drawer space and the bathroom has plenty of room and counter storage. Not sure why we ended up with this room. If we did it again I would stay in the center of the ship. It was a long walk to the back for food and comedy shows. Read entire member review >>
Even though deck 7 is sandwiched between staterooms all around, you can still hear the late-night noise of the bars and topside. Walls too thin - noise from next door staterooms. Balcony floods on this stateroom. Read entire member review >>
Great Aft Balcony. We were above the Burgundy Lounge which was only loud the first night that we're aware of as we were out and about the rest of the nights. It was VERY convenient. Down one flight to 5th floor which had everything and up couple of flights to eat! Read entire member review >>
I'm almost afraid to let anyone know how much I loved my cabin because it may be the first one booked for every cruise; however, 11259 has to be the perfect cabin. I had read reviews for other cabins on this deck and some complained about noises in the early morning from the Spa deck (treadmills running and weight machines banging) or the sound of feet crossing to the water-slides during the day while it was open. Sooo, I compared the deck plans and picked this one due to its proximity to the wall between the water-slide and Spa Deck above. BINGO! When I book on the Dream again, this is where I want to be!
Spacious, great location, comfy balcony, quiet. Read entire member review >>
Lovely cabin....Panorama Deck Balcony 11265. Problems..hard to get to Dining areas without crossing Open Deck. So much for your hair style. We had to go down on an elevator..not easy to get at Dinner time either..then cross on another deck..then hop another elevator. I would NOT stay on this deck again. That said..the balcony had a lovely view, it was quiet except for noises around ten or so from I think the Lanai Deck. We slept right through it..so not too bad. Everything in cabin worked well, it was clean but not made up until after lunch. The attendant had to do the cabins across the hall too. She was excellent, it was not her fault, but my DH and I leave the cabin early, and stay out until ten or so, just to get it made up. All in all..Nice Cabin. Read entire member review >>
The room was your typical smallish ships cabin, but it worked well for us. We were able to fit everything that the two of us brought and we never felt cramped. The room was kept very clean by our very attentive cabin crew. The room was rather noisey but I don't know if it was from the herd of roaming children or the vnetilation grating on the bottom of every door. We had to put the couch cushions against the door every night to keep the noise to a minimum. Everything worked well with no hitches. Read entire member review >>
Aft Cabin, shook and shuddered severely when getting into port and leaving....
Above Burgundy Lounge so very noisy at night with loud music below. Walls thin so could hear neighbours very clearly....balcony small and no privacy.
Storage space adequate for 2 persons, more would be a challenge. Beds comfy.
Bathroom/shower small as usual. Read entire member review >>
The people that work at the Purser's Desk should get correct information before telling passengers. Often incorrect information is given out. Great balcony. Gift from Hotel Manager was nice. Casino employees need retraining. They should not harrass players that want to play the game. They should not abuse players. Room stewards always vaccuming, sweeping, taking out stains from rug. Room Service needs to get orders correct. However, they do get there which is a step up from RCCL. Ship viberates and makes plenty of noises. Which doesn't happen on other Carnival ships I've been on. Read entire member review >>
