Oceanview stateroom with a private balcony and twin beds that convert to a king. Every Carnival guest is assured of spacious, comfortable accommodations. All staterooms have carpeting, ample drawer and closet space, private facilities (shower, basin and toilet), telephone and color television showing first-run films. Our ships all feature staterooms above ocean level for a more comfortable cruise.
I had a cabin with a balcony. I certainly appreciated having the balcony and the large window view. The actual cabin is the same size as others and I found the size to be fine with plenty of drawer and closet space. It was what I expected. Read entire member review >>
6305 - No complaints, TJ was excellent, 5 stars. Bed was very comfortable, we want to get that metal bed frame and ditch our box spring at home. Really nothing to complain about. very clean. Read entire member review >>
Our balcony cabin, 6184, was smaller than anticipated; getting in and out of it was a pain but we had a great port-side view and the only noises that "bothered" us was the squeaky door we had to our balcony and some banging coming from the adjoining cabin, 6186. Storage space was more than adequate, although I thought having the cabin's safe near the door was awkward. Other than the balcony light not working, the cabin was comfortable and kept clean by our steward. It did make me wonder if the suites on the ship were any bigger or better; for the price we paid, we expected roomier accommodations. Read entire member review >>
Lots of storage area. Balcony's great for 2 - 3 people - when you get 5 on there it gets a little crowded. We had an aft cabin - 3 decks down and were at our dining room. 1 deck down and we were at the casino. 3 decks up and were on the Lido. Great location. Not noisy at all. Read entire member review >>
Close to the elevators and stairs, but didn't hear any elevator noise. Air Conditioning was wonderful. Very quiet room, didn't hear any voices, partying, motors, or even kids running. Bathroom can use some remodeling, but just because I expected fancier looking things in there. Our room attendent kept our room clean and organized. Safe was useful even though I don't think that we had to use it. Read entire member review >>
This cabin, although located close to the elevators and stairs, is very quiet. It is also 2 floors down from the Lido deck where the buffets are served, and 3 floors up from the Universe dining room, 2 floors from the main commercial area which includes bars, gambling, etc. Being on this side of the ship allows you to relax and enjoy the view pulling in and out of each port.
