Carnival Cruise to Nowhere Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

took the two day out of new york. My honey and I wanted time away from the kids, went other fun people and had a blast for two days. The weather was rough, service was poor but my expectations were to have fun, spend time together and we did. The ship overall was clean, the food although not 5 star was good, the buffet was crowded but aren't they all??? The service in the dining room was way ...

This was my 11th cruise on 5 various cruise lines. Have done Carnival twice before. Love the value, the exterior lines of the ships, but not the interiors so much. Have also done 3 CTNs over the years with NCL. Traveling with me were my wife, 21 year old son, 16 year old son, and 28 year old son and daughter in law. It was her introduction to cruising. Four of us had a balcony cabin while my ...

Hello Everyone, My DH and I recently returned from a romantic get-a-way (no children) on the Dream CTN. Overall we had a great time and will definitely return with the rest of the family when it homeport's in Florida. Embarkation: The Manhattan Terminal has vastly improved since the last time we sailed from there. It now has a fresh, modern, open look and feel to it. We arrived at about 10am, ...

Let me start out by saying that we have cruised several times before, and even cruised on this ship once before, and overall, this is a pretty fun cruise with great value attached. Due to the Swine Flu scare in Mexico, we fell victim to missing out on a visit to the garden spot of Baja...Ensenada.  The only thing we really missed was watching people get drunk and embarrass themselves at ...

Ecstasy Cruise-April 23, 2009 & April 27, 2009-Back to Back I am 47 and went on this cruise with my DW 42. The second leg of the Back to Back was my DW's birthday cruise. This was our fifth and sixth cruise, all with Carnival. This was our first time on the Ecstasy. The first leg went to Cozumel Mexico. The second leg was supposed to go to Progresso and Cozumel. We stayed in an inside room U131 on ...

Unscheduled Last Minute Cruise to Nowhere

Review for a Cruise to Nowhere Cruise on Carnival Ecstasy

This ship was 2 days late returning to port because of hurricane Gustav. As a result, at least 50% of the folks cancelled their cruise and an e-mail with a $99 last minute cruise to nowhere caught DH's eye. He called and booked right away. The options were an assigned midship cabin or a guaranteed inside or oceanview (extra $20 per person) We opted for the latter, hoping to get an oceanview on the ...

Took advantage of a hurricane special. A half cruise to nowhere for 3 nights on the Ecstasy. We paid 99 dollars plus the normal taxes and fuel surcharge. The price was certainly right but the fuel surcharge should have been reduced. We cruised a few hours out of port and sat dead still in the water for the next 2 days. When we returned the people in Galveston told us we were anchored just ...

Our Labor Day weekend cruise was a great way to relax over the long holiday weekend. It was our first time utilizing the Port of Long Beach. We both thought the facility was very nice -- easy to get to, convenient parking, and not at all confusing. We left Ventura County around noon on Friday and, even with Los Angeles traffic, arrived around 2:30 p.m. Since we are Carnival Vacation Club members ...
