Embarkation - This was the worst experience of the entire trip. We waited in line for approximately 2 hours in an building that had no air conditioner. It was miserable to say the least. It was not a pleasant start to our vacation. However, the airport (FLL) was very close and we were at the port in less than 10 minutes.

We chose this cruise because of it fitting in prior to another cruise sailing on 5/27/16. We have sailed Carnival before and this was the worst ship yet. Employees seem unhappy and agitated. Enjoyed the Splendor very much. It is a lot like the Conquest style ship but has a few nuances that the others don't. There is sooo much pink in the decor.
