Just returned from a 4-night sailing on The Paradise. Wondered throughout the trip why so many do not like this ship. Embarkation was totally without any problems. Once on board the ship impressed time-and-again as to the cleanliness; fantastic crew attitude and all-around caring of the entire crew. Our cabin attendant was nearly invisible; yet, our cabin was kept neat and clean at all ...

Was aboard the paradise from Tampa to Cozamel and back to Tampa FL in Jan 2015. Compared to other cruises we have been on, this boat was smaller but have to admit the cabins were same comparable size. the food was the usual for cruise food, - dining room was very good. It was relaxing and we had a good time. Shows were very good and the cruise director was great. He was in one of the shows - ...

We've been on 6 cruises in the last 3 years, and being Canadian we pay extra in flight just to get here so we need a good deal! My parents however (who by the way come with us on every cruise) have been on 65 cruises!!! Snow bird Canadians who hop onto one whenever they can. They are actually going on a Royal Carribean one next month. They've been all over the world so I always get them to ...

Pros: Very easy Check-in and out. No long lines. I suggest the self-assist when it comes to your on luggage's. It's much quicker! The Room we had which was R187 was very clean and spacious!!! The steward we had named Daman was AWESOME. He was always helpful and friendly whenever we saw. He is really DA-Man! The Paris Restaurant-Buffet had different choices everyday from breakfast, lunch ...

My husband and I chose to cruise the 4-night Mexico cruise on Carnival Paradise to celebrate our upcoming anniversary. While the price for our Grand Suite was similar to that on the Carnival Splendor's 7-day cruise, we preferred the itinerary to Catalina and Ensenada since we had not been to either of those ports. We had already visited Puerto Vallarta and Cabo on other cruises. Not sure why ...

This was my second cruise and my husbands first cruise. My husband was expecting really good food. He thought the food at dinner was just so so. What made it better was our server German. He was great. We ate at the Elation dinning room for most of our meals. The soups are good. The meat was tough in some cases. Desserts were so so. The dessert they served at Tea Time were actually much ...

Embarkation, well organized. It took about 1 hour from drop off to boarding. Stateroom: Outside with window. Inadequate sitting area. One chair, not upholstered or stool under desk/vanity. No settee. Shower larger than most. Water didnt adjust well, either cold or hot, scalding. Blow dryers are no longer in the rooms. On the last night I give up and call the front desk and they brought me one. Room ...

We are in our early 50's and have cruised from three days to sixteen days from an inside to a Balcony Suite, so a Porthole cabin was a new experience for us.Drove to Port from Reno area taking a few days to visit with folks. Hotel reviews will post to the Trip Advisor Site.Down and Dirty - Ship is in very good shape. Cabins are a bit rough around the edges. I would reface the cabinetry on the ...

We found this cruise to be excellent! What it is: -Fun! If you were bored... it was your fault! There was plenty to do! -EXCELLENT service from the Carnival Paradise staff (from the embarkation staff to the ship) -GOOD food (this isn't a five star restaurant, but the food is good) -CLEAN rooms and ship. People were always cleaning around the ship! -Catalina is excellent! ...
