Our dining table. Very nice.
Half Moon Cay really lovely. DO THE BICYCLE TOUR in the morning! It was a lot of fun and then we hit the beach. Also not expensive. Only do if you can ride a bike though! Great day.
The ship’s main pool. Wish it had more!
Dominican Republic was my favorite island with its topography, people and beauty.

If you want to hear continuous noise, non stop fun, and watching crowded scenes of people drinking and smoking all day (there is nothing else to do) this ship is for you. The Good: The service from room stewards and food service were great. The ship is clean but pretty dated. The Bad: Port of Los Angeles is very bad. Being a Platinum member has virtually no benefits at this port. People who buy the fun-times (they pay to get to the front of the line), were let in at the same time. There is no place to wait inside at this port, was windy and cold as we ...

We had our grown kids and some had never been on a cruise. Also it was out of Galveston and our kids lived in Texas. With that said, first we all had a great time as we are able to have fun no matter ...

Carnival Magic - Overall a good time

What's not to love about the fact that Carnival is taking the port of Galveston seriously by putting in their newest and biggest ship there? While I've been on cruises out of Galveston, LA, Florida and New Orleans, it's nice to have a port with a new ship where I can drive there - I've usually felt that I had to compromise on the ship or the destination to be so close to home (Dallas), but not ...
