1-We returned Saturday 11/18 /2023 and so fare my credit for $157 has not been back to my CC yet, today is 11/26 and when I contacted our carnival booking agent , he stated he can not do anything , we need to call customer care , when you call customer care # all recorded messages no way to talk to live agent, I emailed them 3 days ago and so fare no answers.

Loved the violins in the main entrance. They were the best entertainment on board. The comedians were ok and they had a night club however it was a different atmosphere than I like, I love to dance but I didn’t even know what was done in that night club happened in the world. They had to bring 3 fridges to the room before one worked and the hair dryer exploded in my face when I was using it. ...

Although embarkment was rough, it was an overall great experience. The ship before us caused us to be delayed for several hours (which wasn't normal). This was my first time at the Carnival cruise, I always go by Royal Caribbean or Norwegian.. The dinning room service and food were very good and an enjoyable experience. The room service was always on time. They now charge for items that were includied it n the past. We left from Miami. They were not following any boarding zones. I heard that customs held up letting people off the ship before us. So the line to board was long but it went fairly quickly.
We enjoyed the ship. Water slides and ropes course were fun for kids. Pools were never too crowded but hot tubs were.
