Wow we had a great time. The ship is huge and all roads lead to the casino. We had great service and food at dinner. Our suite was large and the room staff was great. The shows we saw were wonderful. The large screen on the deck was fun. We did notice that the food on the Lido was good for all meals. The lunch in the dinning room was uneven. The tea time at 3:30 was little more than hot water ...

I boarded Liberty as a handicap person, but was dismayed that there were only 3 wheelchairs in use. After waiting more than an hour, I proceeded on foot. This was the only criticism that I had. Cabin: Well appointed and roomy, with balcony that wasn't used much due to the coolness in April crossing the Atlantic. Only negative was that there wasn't much room going between foot of bed and wall ...

Our 14-day crossing on The Liberty was excellent. We were very surprised at the quality of the food. It was "cuisine" with beef tenderloin offered almost every night, along with shrimp and other sea foods, lamb, veal, pork, and vegetarian selections. The dining room staff was excellent. We had all the latte coffee and other specialty coffees one could ask for every night to accompany great ...

We stayed at a hotel in Hallandale Beach (The Diplomat) prior to the cruise and took a cab to the port ($35). Embarkation was a breeze, cheery staff, well organized. We arrived at the port at 1130 and was on board at 1215! our cabin was ready at 2pm. We booked a 6E oceanview cabin for this transatlantic sailing as have found that the balconies have little use mid Atlantic in april! 6E cabins are ...

Alrighty then here is my Transatlantic review. We just got off the boat yesterday. This was my second cruise with Carnival and my wife's first (ever) so we went for broke and took the Transatlantic cruise. I figured why break her in on a 7 day cruise when you can do 16. A lot has been written about the ship etc...so I will not rehash. What can I say we had a great time, I would rate my value ...

My wife and I are in our mid 40s, professionals and frankly had a wonderful time on this cruise. I think that 97% of the ship was older than us and we saw very few kids or teenagers which for us was perfect. A walker or two but no big deal..... ;) There has been a lot written about The Liberty so I will not rehash. But I will put in some useful data. The Train in Rome: If you plan on taking ...
