This was one of the all time cruises we wanted to do, Hawaii to Sydney via Tahiti. for the ports of call the cruise rates a 5 how can you not like Bora Bora, Moorea, Hawaii. But this review is all about the ship experience. The Cabin The Cabin Steward was fantastic got us a bed underlay and extra pillows on the second day, the bed was uneven my side was higher than my wife's, had a 4K cabin ...

Everything was good except in the main dining room. Was nice to see tablecloths still there but I believe they are going away soon. There was no teamwork in our section of the dining room and was very stressful to watch. The dining rm was advertised at lunch as opened until 2:30 so when we arrived at 1:30 they were not very pleasant when we showed them it said 2:30 and they insisted that kitchen ...

We choose this cruise because of the itinerary -travel person recommendation. This was the worst cruise we have ever taken and we have been on many and other cruise lines. First and last time with carnival. The decor was overwhelming and heavy - not for a fun cruise. Rooms were large and good. Food not too good in fact they ran our of a lot of items. No marmalade jam. No english muffins - ...

This was the longest cruise we had undertaken at 17 nights. We felt a strange vibe when boarding the ship. On all of our previous cruises, everyone boarding the ship is in a great mood – as we are all going on holiday at the same time. This one was a little different with some people boarding cranky and staying cranky the whole cruise. For some it was their first cruise, which is a bit strange ...

Honolulu to Sydney - 22nd Sept 2017 - 17 nights

We booked this cruise so that we could have a week in Waikiki and then cruise home. We had a great time in Honolulu. This was our first time on Carnival Legend, but have been on Carnival Spirt twice. We had the first boarding time of 12.30 - 1pm, although it did appear that everyone had turned up to board at the same time! So it did take a little while to get through and on board, although ...

Where do I begin with this cruise review. We have been on this ship before and this time was as good as the last, except longer. What a great way to come home from Hawaii - so much more relaxing. We actually stayed in Waikiki for eleven days before the cruise and didn't want to leave there. We had a package and stayed at the Hyatt Regency on the 33rd floor. Fantastic. Buffet breakfast was ...

We joined our immediate family on this trip as being in our 60s we thought it would be better for ourselves. First problem was it took 45minutes at the boarding office as the inefficent woman doing this deleted all our details. Five people later we boarded the Legend with papers to take to the front desk. Once again 20minutes later we now have bank accounts. As we left Honolulu at 11pm all ...

We chose this cruise because we wanted to go to Hawaii and cruise back home. Also that we could spend Australian Dollars on the ship. The crew were fabulous, always friendly. Food was good. Entertainment good. The crossing was mostly calm with a couple of days where the sea was rough, but the ship handled the bad weather very well. The cabin (7162) was great and having the extended balcony ...

FIRST AND LAST TIME ON CARNIVAL - PATHETIC

Review for a Transpacific Cruise on Carnival Legend

This is my 33rd cruise - first and last with Carnival. Husband, self and adult daughter chose this to have a peaceful, relaxing trip back to Sydney, rather than flying, which I loathe. Upon boarding the ship and looking around, my disappointment could not be hidden. It looks like someone on serious drugs designed the decor which is a horrible, dark, ugly, gawdy mix of Neptune's nymphs vs Greek ...
