Amazing cruise with very friendly staff. My favorite spot was the coffee bar, which had amazing coffee and excellent service. One lady named Cherry went out of her way to make each coffee better than the next. She was super sweet to talk to as well. The food was good and the desserts were Fantastic!! If you go do NOT miss the Diva Show or the Rock Show!! it was incredibly and unforgettable. You ...

We cruised on the Elation 4/23-4/28/2022. We had read so much on social media and Cruise Critic, the positive and the negatives and I was a bit concerned. So you will see here that we enjoyed our experience very much. PRIOR to CRUISE: We stayed the night before at the Crowne Plaza Airport, which provided parking for 7 days within the total cost. $5.00 for each day thereafter. They do NOT ...

We chose this cruise since it had Bimini, Bahamas and Half Moon Cay and NOT Nassau. Our port of call to Half Moon got switched to Nassau. Very disappointing as I’ve been there many times and not impressed. Carnival would not give anything to compensate for change 7 days prior to sailing. The safety briefing is better now as when you get on ship you go right to do briefing and only takes 5 ...

Very Disappointed

My husband and I have done many cruises and this was our third carnival cruise. The food was awful and cold breakfast and dinner regardless of eating at the tiny buffet or dining room. It seemed like there wasn't enough crew to take care of the guests on board. The ladies room on the pool deck only had two stalls and one was broken from the moment we got on board. The pool was rusted and not ...

We planned a 5 day trip to Disney and decided to take a cruise. Family of 5. My husband 40, myself 40, daughter 19, son 14, and youngest daughter 8. I had no preconceived thoughts. My first cruise. I would have rather just take the money spent on this cause and booked a week long vacation at Destin, FL. The room was spacious and it accommodated us just fine. We really enjoyed our private balcony. ...

We are experienced cruisers who generally avoid Carnival, but in this case found a price that was tough to beat and a schedule that worked perfectly. Despite boarding the ship with a questionable attitude, we found ourselves having fun more often than not. The Pros: 1. Our oceanview cabin was surprisingly attractive, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly functionable, if a ...

I chose this cruise because it had decent reviews and a very good price, however, I would have pay more, knowing what I know now. The ship is small, that' okay, but rusted, badly painted, inside and out. I could hear the upper level while trying to sleep, jumping and people screaming in the halls. When I did try to take a nap, a Very loud noise outside my window, someone sanding! I opened the ...

This was a cruise with my elderly mother, teen daughter, and her friend. I've been on about 12 cruises including NCL, HAL, Carnival, RC, and Celebrity. Embarkation was great, we walked on around 11:00 almost without stopping. Thanks Carnival! Our inside room for three on U122 was fine. Smallish but no major issues. Everything was clean and in good working order. Food overall was just OK, ...

NEVER AGAIN.

We chose this cruise for what was supposed to be a honeymoon. NEVER again will we cruise with carnival. We met ONE nice bartender on this ship. The food was crappy as well as the people serving it. They were rude and acted like they hated their jobs. This line allows underaged kids to get plastered and start arguments with adults. When security is called, "it doesn't matter that they are underage ...

Nice Ship, not so nice crowd

I will start by saying we have cruised 5 different cruise lines, this was our first Carnival cruise. Yes we have heard a lot of negatives so we were prepared for the worst! However I must say the Elation is in very nice condition, refurbished and quite nicely done. The cabins are plain, yet served there purpose. Staff was nice, however the ship is understaffed and service suffered. Food was much ...
