The ship was very nice although the décor was a little outdated - reminded me of the 70's! We stayed in an inside cabin, was adequate. The steward was fantastic as was all the other crew members. We had early dining so that we could catch many of the shows, however, since service was slow, we did miss a few shows since once they start , the doors are locked and you cannot enter late. ...

Once again, Carnival delivered its standard “value for money” cruise. The Dream is a nicely maintained vessel. It is not my favorite Carnival ship however. Booked a Premium Vista Balcony, #7454. All rooms of all categories were available when I booked over a year in advance. I chose the premium vista balcony on deck 7 for many reasons. The Carnival Dream is a beautiful ship. The decor was tasteful and surprising subdued by Carnival's usual themes. We really liked the increase in width of the ship as this reduced the congestion and you were able to walk freely.
