1-10 of 81 Carnival Conquest Cruise Reviews for Gay & Lesbian Cruises to the Bahamas
This is my second time on this ship. The first time was in 2017. I was hoping to see some upgrades but there wasn't. This ship is old and dated. The aft part of the ship must have had some sort of a plumbing issue because the entire side of the ship smelled horrendous. So many people were gagging and were nauseous when they passed by there.
The cabin that we had was an Oceanview which was ...
My husband and I don't travel much and don't spend a lot on doing so. We recently decided that life is too short and it was time to see some of the world. We chose this cruise as part of a promotion and that it probably wouldn't have a lot of kids running around. We also liked Carnival's COVID safety protocols and the cruise destinations. Unfortunately, we were highly disappointed. There were ...
My husband surprised me with a weekend cruise, which was a really sweet idea. We have been on many cruises but never on Carnival and never a short one like this. I went with an open mind and no pre-set expectations.
He paid a little extra for the AFT balcony because we love them. So, I'll start there. The balcony was very large but also very old. Rust everywhere. The glass panels on the ...
The first thing was they sent me to customer service because my child was not in an vaccinated exception list that I was never was told about when I talked with them during the reservation, after 2 hours of waiting they told me they can add my child to the list but I need to pay $150 for an antigen test , even when I had a PCR result took from the day before, take that test was 1 hour of more ...
We had the opportunity to sail on the Conquest recently for a 4 night Bahamas Cruise. We are platinum so embarkation was very easy. We were on the ship at 11:00am. Staff were all amazing and very attentive. Food in main dining room was fine...I have found that in recent years it is not what it used to be, but still good. Service in dining room (Monet) was amazing including their bar service, ...
Everything was great except my shower would flood the bathroom a little. My cruise director was the best. His name was mat and carnival must give this man a raise. He was on one side of the ship and bounced to the other in a whole new outfit. The food was phenomenal and the crew was amazing always asking how you’re doing. We can’t wait to book our next cruise and hopefully have another great ...
This was my first time on a Cruise and I was a little nervous about being on a ship for a few days but when I got there it was amazing. The best experience. The Cruise Director Mat was amazing hes the right person for the job very entertaining. Everyone that worked on the cruise was very nice and friendly. Mario the floor keeper on the 10th floor was so nice. Whenever we called him he was there at ...
We just got back and had a fantastic time. Food was grear and staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in cabin 6416 and our room was great as well. Boarding process was fast and efficient. We purchased the faster to the fun pass and it was well worth it. Debarkation was also smooth and quick. We were off the boat and through customs and catching a cab by 8:45.
As far as the islands, ...
The ship was fine, clean, good food. The staff were really good. Embarkation was smooth, room ready on time, luggage got to room quickly. Day of boarding, buffet crazy full of people, will definitely wait til rooms are ready to board again, everyone thinned out then. That musser thing everyone goes to - super hot and too many crowded into a small deck space. Pools cloudy and crowded. Entertainment ...
This was my first cruise and I was pretty disappointed start to finish. A couple hours after arrival they literally herd all passengers onto the sides of the boats and line us up 5 rows deep for a mandatory “safety instruction”. It was so hot, we stood there sweating for an hour waiting for all passengers to line up before the instruction could begin. There was an elderly lady in front of us ...
