We chose this cruise for it's ports of call and the time of year. It was a large family trip with members flying in from all over the U.S. The check-in process was great! We had upgraded our room to larger rooms (with balcony's) at the very back (aft) of the ship. The Magic is old and in need of both cosmetic and structural repair. The thrusters were broken during the entire cruise which mean ...
We went on this cruise with my family, 12 of us. It was a C- at best
1. The dining room looks like a low class dining hall. The service was fair the food was ok not great
2. Breakfast in the Dining room, need a reservation, can't just walk in. A reservation starts with a 10 minute wait. No one was in the dining room. No reason for a wait.
3. Ship was crowded, had to get to a show ...
We chose this cruise for my parents 60th anniversary.... we had 6 balcony staterooms.......... prior to sailing our PVP assured us we would have no issue getting seating in the AFT dining room...... due to medical conditions for 4 of our group we purposely selected AFT cabins to make life easier....... we were NOT granted the seating in the aft dining room even when we said we had no problem ...
My first cruise ever and I never want to cruise again… at least on carnival. 600 staff members short, and about 2k too many people for the ships size. My family and I ate in the main dining room on Monday night, and I had the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. It was halfway to being leather. I would never recommend this cruise line.. or at least this ship. Do some research before you book, or ...
I gave Carnival Cruise Line another try but they failed me again. Dirty windows with brown streaks of dirt. Overcrowded tender boats. Cold bbq chicken served at their private island lunch. Poor entertainment and not enough to do. No turndown service, even in suites.
And worst of all - mechanical failure, engine trouble left us motionless for hours. Due to the engine failure our cruise returned ...
The last cruise was horrible:
1-Instead of Platinum priority, we were told there were too many Platinum members aboard
2-Anytime dining was a disaster over and over, our phones would not let us make a reservation, and the folks out front were not pleased (after the fourth day they would reserve a table for us)
3-Brunch over an hour to get food while people after us got served quickly ...
Shortest version- Cruise cancels 1 day off of trip, you now spend hours in line to be told to go to a kiosk, which was out of order. Receive E- Mail stating that I would receive a Pro-Rated REFUND for a missing day. They never sent it, and then was informed by customer service that it would not refund me but give me credit???, no discussion. OK, This is what you should be worried about if you ...
Many reasons, primary serviced in general.
Room smells like urine after they cleaning the third time they came and cleaned the ducts this should be done prior our arrival, since our room smells like feces after.
only 2 elevators were working for 3,000 people ,had to wait over 20 minutes each times and always super pack.Kids club was a mess people was complaining too that so many kids and no ...
I last sailed about 12 years ago on Carnival and loved it. I was shocked at how much Carnival has slipped. The cruise was totally boring - I will not sail with Carnival again.
There were weird cost-cutting actions. There was no aspartame (equal) or flavored coffee creamers. The coffee cups were small and the coffee not very good. No juice except in the morning. Water, ice tea and lemonade ...
My husband and I were on the Carnival Celebration last week. This would be our 3rd Carnival cruise, and it will be our last.
The food was awful, and I overheard passengers calling it unedible. I'm not a picky eater, and I struggled to find anything that was not greasy or overcooked. The ship had four buffets (I believe), and only two were open, with the same five or six dishes every day. ...
