I choose this cruise because it was advertised as a new ship. I hardly think so, maybe new to Carnival but not a new ship. The boarding was horrible- we had to wait in a long line wrapped around the building to gain access. It was warm and not accomodating. The room was small than what I thought, the balcony I paid extra for had a small door to the balcony. We could not leave the door open at night, it would slam shut!!!! Why have a balcony that I paid extra for?? There was little space to unpack our clothes. The food was just mediocre at best. The best food on the ship was Guy Fieri's barbeque!!!! The bathrooms on the ship were few and far between an d hard to find. Like they were hidden. They often were not very clean and maintained. The staff was not friendly and often told us they were understaffed and you could tell by their behaviours. We bought the drink package and it took a half hour or more to get a drink in the casino. Unacceptable - seeing that is what we paid for. We dining rooms were under staffed and often the soft serve ice cream machines had no cones in the dispensers!!!!! I spoke to many many people on the cruise and there were so many people that had the same complaints as us - so it just wasnt us!!!!! I have been on 4 cruises - I thought I would give Carnival a try - I am sorry to say - I will never be back. I will go back to Celebrity where we are treated well. When I complained to guest services - all they could say was - sorry!!!!!! I will tell everyone I know - DO NOT CRUISE WITH CARNIVAL - save your money for a great experience on another line. My wife and I just finished a great eight night cruise on Carnival Vista and we had a great time. We have cruised over 20 times and this is one of the best cruise experience we have had. The ship is beautiful and the staff is great and always willing to assistance. The cruise director Matt and his staff are top notch. The Sky Ride is something to be experienced and fun to ride around the ship. We really loved the seafood shack and enjoyed great, fresh lobster rolls. You have to pay for this, but the price is not too bad and well worth trying one time. Guys Burger Bar is great with great burgers. We love having a hot burger there and the fries are the best. Of course being able to get fresh pizza any time of the day is great. You might have to wait a few minutes, but the pizza's are hot and great. The only thing is the main theatre (Liquid Lounge) is just a bit too small to accommodate all who wanted to see the shows. Read Less

We booked this cruise with a large group of friends. We had never been to Cayman and wanted to see it. For a ship that is only 4 years old, the Breeze is showing signs of wear and tear. Attention to detail was lacking where housekeeping was concerned. The last 3 days of our trip we were without hot water. The Carnival team tried to make repairs but were unsuccessful. Comparing notes with others in our section, we learned we were not alone with the cold showers. The lido buffet was OK but the dining room was above the norm. Corrina was our head waitress and she was top notch. She never missed any detail, no matter how small. Always friendly and inviting, it was a pleasure to eat in her section. We highly recommend Stingray City in Cayman. IT was a lot of fun and we did not feel like cattle being driven to market. We booked the excursion through Carnival. Read Less

After saving all the year, after a 9 hours flight from Argentina, we took the Carnival Glory Cruise hoping our experience would be the same as it was four years ago in the Carnival Imagination. Cabin was OK. Great Space. Bigger than in other cruise. On day 1, they informed us in an impersonal paper letter that we weren`t reaching Half Moon Key (stop nº1) due to Cold fronts "All right" we said, we have 3 stops more, weather is weather. Day 2 and day 3 were normal days at the sea, the food is one of the best things of a Carnival Cruise, the waiter team is really the best. Activities that were supposed to be fun, weren`t too fun but I have no regrets with this things. I had fun with the people I met. White Heat dance club is Ok. St. Thomas and Puerto Rico Stops were OK too. Excursions offered by Carnival were really expensive for us. We were able to get excursions in shore at the half of the price Carnival offered to us. In Puerto Rico port, people from a Royal Carribean cruise told us that they had been notified that they weren`t heading Grand Turk Island because they knew the port was closed. That surpirsed us. The thing was that, apparently we were heading to Grand Turk. So, when the day came, at a distance of 100 meters from the shore, being able to see what Grand Turk was about, they told us via speakers that we weren`t able to reach the last island due to strong winds... We were really sad and upset. My mum was crying really hard. This cruise meant too much for us, So, we went to the main lobby where the guest services desk is, and saw how a lot of people started to gathered complaining about the situation. We went there in order to have more information, ask if there were a B plan, maybe get a better answer from navigation staff...but nothing, the only thing we recieved from Carnival people was security people above us treating us as if we were animals, making a perimeter around us...we were only clapping because nobody was giving us a nice answer, as you should with people that paid for your services. Via speaker again, the captain apologized for not being able to deck at the port, and told us that the company was offering a 25% discount in a future cruise. That answer really made us angry, that refund forces us to give our money again to the same company and to make another long distance flight to have another cruise. Maybe it will work for people that live inside the States, but it does not work for a lot of people that had also paid and live fare away. After midday, as we didn`t have any nice answer or treat nor from navigation staff (nobody showed up except for security officers) nor from the company, we gathered again at 5.00 pm with at least 100 people that were angry with the situation. After and hour and a half, the captain (Massimo Roja) came down and had a meeting with us in a separated room. He explained us why he had done what he did, telling us that his priority number 1 is safety. Truly speaking, he was one of the only people who treated us well (in adition to Victor, a mexican from Guest Services desk) like humans, like customers that had paid for a service. An Italian man, I think he `s the second of the captain laughed at me due to my age. I am 23. We told the captain that most of us were looking foward to get a refund for the money we had spent in the cruise we took and no for a future one. Captain compromised himself to work as mediator in this request between the company and us. Last monday we recieved an e-mail from him and from Carnival CEO telling us that they will stand on the 25% refund for a future cruise. We can understand that mother nature is umpredictable. But what we cannot understand is they did not have a plan B (with Century XXI technology is really impossible to make a call to the future port and know how the wind is there? Do you need to be at least 100 meters from the coast to know the weather conditions?) We also cannot understand the treat we had, and how many staff people and security guards were laughing at us. If I hadn`t had such great dinners, such great treat from the dinning team (Joven was our main waiter), If I hadn`t met such amazing new friends from all over the world. this cruise would have been 0 stars out of 5. Also White Heat Club was OK. Dj Ice Cold did a great job. Read Less

We were a group of 4 ladies. I have been on many cruises(18) and I have to say this was the worst cruise ever!. I have been on Carnival ships before and didn't have any major issues. This boat was rocking from day one. I think the only time it was calm was when we were at port (3 of the 4 stops) Another thing I want to mention is on other Cruise ships we were always well informed. We would know what the weather/temp is . Not this ship.Forget calling Guest services too. Many of the phone don't work around the ship. On this ship the Captain made few announcements mainly about latitude and degrees? Do these people know most passengers do not speak in nautical terms? The only part of the Entertainment that was enjoyable was the singer Caleb. He was awesome! The food on Conquest was horrible. The selection was lacking. Tasteless. Very repetitive. I thought..at leaset I can have pizza and burgers. How can pizza be horrible? Guy's burgers was the only good "meal". I had to alter the pizza by adding more sauce and cheese for any kind of flavor. The ship is very old. You can feel and see how badly this boat needs updating. Some areas around the elevators actually feel like the floor is about to give way. I always enjoyed using Carnival. I can tell you without a doubt that I would never waste my money on Carnival. Please...people I know Royal might be more. But its sooooooo worth spending that extra. Hope this helps someone Read Less

The ports were great and the way itinerary between ports and sea days was wonderful. I usually get exhausted trying to do 3-4 days straight of visiting ports. Whom ever planned this cruse should be doing more like this one. I enjoyed the ports and the Panama Canal was very interesting. The excursion offer a variety of options but some port do not offer for those with mobility issues. The food was alright and of course plentiful. I liked dining in the restaurant and the brunches. The cabin and service was excellent and room clean. The TV left a lot to be desired and leaking patio door that would not shut unless locked. The mattress was great. The singer performers were not great with trying to take voice to high and making microphone shriek made my ears hurt. The ship was set up great. I will be going on more cruises. I love traveling with my family. Read Less

We spent a 13 days on the Carnival Pride January 2017 and had a great time. Embarkation day - we always try to purchase faster to the fun. We had it for this cruise and we did get on the ship faster than most. We arrived at our designated time. This is the first time though that we had to wait in the port to board. Our luggage was supposed to be in our room but did not arrive until just before our 6:00 dining time. Overall not one of the most organized cruise starts. Resteraunts - we had a 6:00 pm dining time and always enjoyed ourselves. The staff was great and the food was good. Guy's Burger Joint s very good but almost too much food. The Lido was good most of the time. We ordered breakfast to our room one morning. It was fine. Cabin - we were in a balcony cabin 6210. It was clean & quiet. TV needs to be updated. They are still using old CRT models. The bed was not the best, hard mattress. Our cabin steward was excellent. She introduced herself the first day, asked what time of day we would prefer service. She also asked if we would like robes, extra towels etc. Entertainment & Activities - i was not impressed with the singing and dancIng. Normally the performers are either singers who do their best at dance or dancers who do their best to sing. This cast was mediocre at both and the choreographer did not do the dancers any favours. The comedy shows were mixed, some good some not. Ports & Excursion - Grand Turk - no excursion, beach stop. Amber Cove - no excursion, pool and bar stop. Cartagena - we did the land and sea excursion. I would give it a 2.5 out of 5. The boat was crowded and the speaker did not have a microphone. A few of the land stops were at staged stores, not stores anyone on the tour was interested. The history information on the fort was enjoyable. Limon - we did a river tour with Ricky Racardo Tours. It was great. We also got a Costa Rican lunch, very good. Routan - we did the beach excursion with kayak. It was a lot of fun. I would do this one again. Cozumel - we did the Salsa Salsa Margarita excursion. This was a lot fun. We made 6 salsas and 2 margaritas. Then they taught us the Salsa dance, individual and couple. It was great. Debarkation - we were off the ship by 9:15 am. No issues. Read Less

If you expect to have the kind of food service you experience from Royal Caribbean Cruises, then do not come onboard because it is not about the food, it is about having a great time on board. This Old Ship packs great entertainment, we were never bored, Live music every day, Rock, Disco, Salsa, Calypso, Live DJ, Theater entertainment, Comedy, all going at the same time!! Also, the stores all of them had great offers. At time the lines to eat were very long, but who cares, Food is Food!! At evening eating at the main dinning room, no complaints, I asked for 2 Lobsters and was served, also you can ask for extra steaks, or change your food and they will bring it. All cooked to perfection. The ports: Barbados- Boring, watch out they do not have very good tour operators and you can barely see the beaches/coast they are all blocked by buildings. All the other Islands were great. watch out for St Martin, very expensive. Bottom line, if it is food and sleeping you are looking for, well try another cruise. Also, the residents from Puerto Rico on this ship can really party and keep the fun and happy atmosphere going all night until the early morning. Great Latin feel and my god Salsa dancing was great. Just returned from New Years Eve - 3rd cruise for us, 2nd Caribbean, 1st News Years Eve Cruise. Departure from Fort Lauderdale was pretty effortless. Waited in a crazy long line for about 30 minutes and then another 20 or so to get through security, have our picture taken and obtain our sign and sail card. Our room was not immediately ready so we grabbed some lunch on the Lido Deck. Got into our room around 1:30 and did not get luggage until 5:30. There were many young children (under 18) which meant strollers, crying, hormonal surges (LOL), and running around. Kids running in the hallways at late hours of the night. Crew were friendly and helpful. It was interesting to learn about their background and help some practice their english. I was not thrilled with our dinner crew - he was a bit rude to my father in law making jokes and snide comments about his age. Thankful my inlaws are hard of hearing and missed most of it. Ports were nice: Enjoyed free bus in San Juan for a quick tour; St Thomas was lovely, but for the most part we stayed on the ship enjoyed the peace and quiet. Loved the evening movies on the Lido deck. Bar entertainment was good but did not see any shows. Ship was clean and attractive. Loved our balcony. Won a few dollars in the casino slots. Dinner at the Steakhouse and Chef's Table were our most memorable meals. It is worth the extra money for the steakhouse for the service and ambiance alone! Try the Chef's Table if you are an adventurous eater (be prepared for a 3 hour experience). Food - Food was just good. Nothing out of this world. The Lido deck buffet area always smelled like a lunchroom. BBQ place was good. Guys Hamburgers were greasy and rather tasteless. The Seafood Shack had some yummy Oysters for $1 each and a pound of peal and eat shrimp was $11 (21-25 lb). Drinks - The Pineapple Habenero martini from Alchemy and Lobby Bar was delicious. And I loved my Pina Colada's from the Lido deck Aft bar. Spa - hubby and I had an an overpriced massage and seaweed treatment. It was ok. The upsell at the end is shameful. Here you are completely relxed and they are trying to sell you $500 worth of product. Environment was not quiet or relaxing. Biggest disappointment: The coffee is DISGUSTING! We drink it black. Colored bathwater would taste better. Even coffee purchased at the coffee shop tasted burnt. If you like Dunkin Donuts, you will find it acceptable. If you like Starbucks, you will be very disappointed. Best Part of the Cruise: (1) no facebook, no fox news...really cut off from the outside world and electronics made for a super relaxing time. (2)Dinner at Steakhouse and Chefs Table; (3) Pineapple Habenro Martini; (4) Movies at night on the Lido Deck; (5) Time spent on our small deck watching the water and the occasional vessel we would pass. Yes, I would cruise Carnival Conquest again. Read Less

The whole trip was amazing. Our room steward was great, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Our wait staff (anytime dining) Ariel and team were GREAT!! they were wonderful with my 10 and 7 year old girls. We have one small snag when they sent us the wrong way on our first tender in Grand Cayman. - we missed our tour to the Dolphins. The excursion company was AMAZING and fit us in just the 4 of us with an trainer and Lucy the dolphin. They were wonderful. We were too late to get to 7 Mile Beach though. We addressed this with Shore Excursions when we got back to the ship and they discounted our excursion by 30%. We felt this was fair as we got to the dolphins which was the goal - and because of the wonderful people at DOLPHIN PUSH, PULL & SWIM WITH 7 MILE BEACH (can't remember the company name) fitting us in and actually giving us a "better" experience - we got what we came for. Eric the Cruise Director kept the fun going. We were on the ship for New Years which was a great time! We were on the 8th floor, which I thought might be noisy being close to the Lido Deck but once we were in the room we heard nothing. Carnival once again lived up to expectation for us and we had a wonderful time!!! Read Less

If you like noise, chaos and lines this is the cruise for you. Very disappointed in this huge over crowded ship. Noisy everyehere. Lines for everything. Two singers every night in atruim that were so loud it was difficult to communicate with guest services personnel or shore desk.literally had to holler to ask a question. Staff acknowledged and advised they would report once more to entertainment staff. You could not sit and enjoy the music and most chairs /sofas were empty in this area as likely no one could stand sitting there due to the piercing noise. . Serenity deck was fairly peaceful but difficult to get a spot. No place throughout ship for solace to go read a book unless you went on very off hours and sat in lido restaurant.. Unlikr Holland America which has the crow's nest where you can sit and look out.Our balcony was on 6 th floor port side which was just above the hot tub. So each time we went on the balcony we heard screaming folks in the large hot tub pool. Young and old till 9 pm. We always enjoy the balcony but spent little time on it due to the noise below. Our shower overflowed every day and every day they said they fixed it. We used all the towels to sop it up so proactively got where we just turned shower on and off while showering to avoid the overflow.. It seemed that chairs were always being dragged somewhere above or below our room.Gym adequate but of course crowded. Wait staff nice but very rushed. Food fair.folks imprperly dressed at every seating. Cabin steward very kind and sweet. I usually enjoy the singer/ dancers but this group was mediocre to say the least. Comedians each night were very good.and we looked forward to attending all their performances. Embarkation/ debarkation was a breeze. Read Less

New Years Eve Cruise With Friends~~~~ We flew into Orlando the day before and stayed at The Marriott Lakeside. We loved the shuttle service offered. Call the hotel when you arrive and they send the shuttle! Well, a nice hotel stay and then we arranged an Uber XL for the Port. Very inexpensive considering we had 3 couples. the driver took us to the local grocery store for wine and snacks etc... We arrived at the port and because of our diamond status we got right on the ship. The magic really is a beauty. Typically we try and stay on the lower floors due to the easy access on and off the ship on port days. Also, if the ship rocks at all usually it is not as shaky on the lower floors. We sailed to 4 ports, St Thomas ( we rented a boat at Compass Point and snorkeled), Grand Turk ( hung out at the beach and drank local beer ,Turks Head). In Puerto Rico we went to Barachinna and had local food and a Pina Colada, also went for a stroll through the streets of Old San Juan- I love this port. In DR we hung out at Amber Cove. Beautiful weather and people. Spent some time in the casino, It was very smoky and that is one of the main reasons I didn't hang out there more. The Comedy clubs had some good comedians and we really enjoyed Arvin Mitchell, so very funny. The shows and activities were abundant. The cruise director was hilarious with his I love you, I love you more routine...Young , fun crew on this ship. We also spent some quiet time on the upper decks away from all the music , just enjoying the sun and good company. I have been on 40 plus cruises and I will have to say The Magic is up there on my list. Please ask any questions @ expresgal1@aol.com as I don't often check cruise critic. Bon Voyage Liz Read Less

It always amazes me when I read people's reviews of a cruise ship. Some of the things that people complain or are disappointed about are simply funny to me. Everyone has their own opinions and expectations for what a cruise should be and I'm sure that there are things that you like about one ship over another ship, but I have been on 16 cruises with 11 of them being on Carnival and have NEVER once been on a bad cruise. It's all in what you make of the cruise. Reading these Fantasy reviews would scare a person from going on this ship if they had never been on this ship or a cruise, but we just got off this ship last week and will be sailing on her again in around 87 days and I look forward to sailing on her. We chose this cruise due to the dates of sailing, the great price we got and the port being somewhat close to our home - (7 hour drive). Sure, do I wish that there was a refrigerator in my cabin, yes, but it's not going to ruin my cruise or make me frustrated for 5 days and then look for everything and anything to find wrong with the cruise. The cruise director was fabulous and did a great job involving EVERYONE in the activities. He had a lot of energy and was quite entertaining. Our wait staff in the dining room was one of the BEST we have ever had- they were attentive, very fast and we enjoyed dinner every single night in the dining room. Our food was always served hot and quick and we enjoyed talking with them each night. We were in an ocean view cabin and our cabin steward was good- he seemed to always know when we were gone because when we came back our room had been freshened up. This ship is an older ship and doesn't have all the bells and whistles as the newer ships, but you know this when you book the cruise PLUS the price was great. Go with the mindset that you will enjoy yourself and don't let the little things ruin the whole cruise- you're still on a cruise which is better any day than a day at work. Read Less

This was my 10th cruise, 8th with Carnival. Deck one, interior. Our routine is a few days of relaxation on the Serenity deck, viewing the main pool games/contests, comedy shows nightly, followed by casino and dancing. Listing our disappointments with suggestions for Carnival as you can't fix what you don't know about. SERENITY deck (designed to allow adults only to relax)- Bigger than other ships but not big enough for the number of passengers on Vista. Hard to find a seat. Had to sit at a table instead of resting in a lounge. Two hot tubs at capacity. Constant screaming children sounds from nearby slide area. Not relaxing. MAIN POOL- Too small! Was shocked that there were such small pools for the amount of people. Design fail. Three sea days and jumped into pool only once to cool off. Small size of pools taken up by kids. Games/contests were great. CD Matt, Cookie and Nono did a great job with the games. We returned early from port to get a good seat for the scheduled sail away party from Puerto Rico. No party. No explanation. Wasted our time. Overheard arguments and frustration from passengers about saved, empty chairs, not enough chairs, waiters stating certain drinks couldn't be bought from pool bars when the passenger bought that drink earlier. COMEDY club- Ridiculous waiting in long line. 30+ minutes. First visit, room was empty. I suggest allowing people in and beginning drink service. Host, Fluffy, would state that she called for additional wait staff. Served one drink out of three nights. Was told we had to leave after show to line up for next show. By the time we returned, it was standing room only. Wasted time in line. Frustration. Second visit, waited in same long line. Doors open to line, room is immediately almost full. Earlier audience was allowed to stay in room. Inconsistent fairness to guests. Got a seat along back wall. Couldn't see comic due to one of many large columns blocking view. Third visit. Yes, same long, frustrating line. Had a seat. Now view was blocked from two rows of standing guests. NIGHT CLUB- Multi-purpose room on Vista. Some nights used for shows. There were dance parties held on Lido deck and Havana area on these alternate use nights. Although it was nice to watch kids dance at deck party and adults and kids dance at Havana bar, it wasn't the dancing atmosphere I wanted and expected for my vacation. Went in one night and was told it was a private party. We didn't go to any musical shows. Quest show was hilarious. HOT TUBS- 6 Two at tide pool. Constantly filled with kids. Two in serenity. Two in private Havana area. Another passenger said they thought we could use Havana tubs but each time we went, a sign stated you needed bracelets to enter area. Suggestion- install more hot tubs on future ships. ANYTIME DINING- we weren't given a choice for dining when we booked in August. You go to deck five to check in, 15 minutes prior to desired seating. Seated 45 minutes later. Suggestion- Don't specifically advertise a 15 minute wait. CABIN- We prefer lower deck so no noise can be heard from above. Comfortable bed. 3 drawers, one closet. SERVICE- Wondering if staff is having to endure upset guests and are fed up. Not the usual friendly vibe from bartenders and wait staff. OVERALL- Would suggest the ship to families as there was a lot for kids to do, with a side note to prepare to wait for everything. Would not suggest to couples wanting the same things I listed at start of this review. I felt badly at the thought of people who saved all year for their one week vacation, only to be left frustrated. Most people we spoke to would not suggest this ship, nor return to it. Read Less

Well first the pros: Embarkation and Disembarkation was excellent. We were on and off the ship with little delay. The use of technology to move people was amazing. The stateroom was clean and the staff excellent. We loved the variety of live music around the various venues. The comedy club was especially a great venue for both show type, PG and adult. Fluffy the club manager was excellent. The Cruise Director, Matt was a instant star during the whole trip. Obviously well chosen for his energy. Speciality restaurants were excellent especially the Suzi restaurant. Well worth the extra money. Now the cons: Line ups and wait times for everything was horrible. Just too many people looking to do the same activities and eat at the same time. Food in the restaurants was average in quality. One major complaint. If you are going to serve cold soups then keep them cold. In general I felt I was being retailed to death and frankly the costs of drinks and retail items were very expensive. Read Less

I am platinum with Carnival and understand issues happen on cruises and have always loved Carnival but WILL NEVER GO ON THEIR BIG SHIPS AGAIN- HORIZON WILL BE JUST AS AWFUL AS VISTA SINCE IT IS IDENTICAL. I recently took to Twitter to share my poor experience with what I felt was a lack of staffing on board for food, drinks and some entertainment onboard the Carnival Vista due to the extremely long lines. The lines for taco’s took 45 minutes and no, I was not in the burrito line which would have been even longer. Guy’s hamburgers had over 1 hour wait and the buffet lines were 30 minutes and the air conditioning in those areas of the buffet were awful since Vista would not close the doors from the decks like they do on ALL their other ships. Since I was traveling with a child who just turned 4 years old, we use buffets since he clearly doesn’t enjoy sitting and waiting for food. Clearly, sitting and waiting to be served would have been better than trying to keep him in line. It was obvious there are staffing issues when tables aren’t cleaned in these areas and workers are trying to keep up with adding food to the buffets and can't. They didn't have enough workers making taco’s, sandwiches, etc. We tried the Italian area for lunch and were told to fill out a form, sit and wait. The same poor process was for the Mongolian grill. On all other Carnival ships, the lines move well since it is a stand, grab and move along to a clean table. This ship doesn’t follow efficiency but rather lazy, inefficient processes that double or even triple ones times. I feel the main goal was not feeding me as a guest but leading me to the pay areas for food that had NO lines and no one there. I ate at 3 of those places and they were very good but why shouldn’t wouldn't Carnival staff their free areas the same? Clearly the model is to move guests to pay. There are TOO many guests and not enough workers. It was also very disappointing to know sit down breakfast closed early 1 day and the other sea day no brunch was offered and all other ships brunch is offered on ALL sea days. They day breakfast closed early they said the workers needed a break. Not just food lines were awful but lines to do anything such as see a comedy show where the line went past the casino. In the casino you couldn’t even order a drink and hope to have it in under 30 minutes. One ordered and I gave up on one after 45 minutes. Clearly again as you can see there is a pattern where you have more guests on Vista and not enough staff. I discussed this briefly with Guest Relations at the desk when there for another reason and they said we focus on being a nice hotel? What? I thought that was odd and clearly they knew they were understaffed and couldn’t share that and blew me off. The ONLY positive on this trip was the kid's club as on all the ships was amazing. However, my child was hungry due to the waits of buffet lines. Also, I probably would have given Carnival more money in the Casino if you would have had proper bar service. We left to go drink in our room and watch a free movie and pick up our child from night owls regularly since we couldn't order drinks. I wrote to Carnival and they said sorry. I replied to their sorry and received no response. They didn't respond on Twitter. Many, many reviews on all sites show how understaffed this ship is. Only go on this ship if you want to wait in line for everything. If you don't want to wait in line, go on the other ships. Read Less
