Carnival British Columbia Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

I booked this cruise through http://www.carnival.com with the intention of having a very pampered, well-fed relaxing weekend, thus this is not what I received. We boarded from Long Beach on Friday June 9th. We boarded around 1:30 and looked forward to enjoying a lavish boy voyage/welcome type party with lots of good food and music and such. The welcome lunch consisted of hot dogs and burgers, ...

This was the second cruise for both my boyfriend and myself, but our first one together. I previously sailed on the Norwegian Dawn (11 day W. Caribbean) and he can't even remember what ship he cruised on last time, as his was a cruise to nowhere many years ago. Embarkation was a snap! We arrived at the port at about 11 AM. We had our own car and parked in the port parking lot, which is very ...

Paradise Review 3/17-3/20 -- Background: DH and I were looking for a quick, fairly inexpensive, fun and relaxing getaway weekend without the kids. We found this 3 Day Cruise starting on St. Pats Day, the price was right; the dates were right so we booked it. Flew in to Long Beach Airport Thursday night. Id heard flying in to Long Beach was like flying back in time, its true. Mere words cannot ...

We are a family of five, including husband, myself, 2 sons and future daughter in law. We have cruised on Carnival's Elation out of LA and Inspiration out of New Orleans, twice on RCCL's Monarch of the Seas and three times on Princess, Grand, Diamond and Sapphire. We were looking forward to this winter getaway. We booked a Penthouse suite in September so we could all stay in the same cabin. We ...

Had a great time on the Paradise November 4, 2005. We flew in to LAX and had pre-arranged a stretch limo for $170 roundtrip including tip, for a party of 8. This was cheaper than a bus, cab, shuttle, etc. Got to the pier about noon, waited in line, and was aboard the ship in about 1 hour total. Selected the absolute cheapest inside cabins and was surprised the room was about double the size I ...

BACKGROUND INFORMATION- This was my wife and I's third cruise, however it has been twelve years since the last time I cruised. The other two cruises were on now defunct cruise lines Regency, and Commodore. We brought along our 5 year old daughter. This was a test the water cruise with our daughter to see if she liked it. TRAVEL TO PORT- I'm an airline employee so Carnival gives special rates to ...

My Mom and I chose this cruise as a test cruise. I have 3 mentally challenged cousins and we are thinking about doing this cruise with them next summer. This is my second cruise (Did the 3 day in April) and we are booking very soon. Day 1 - Embarkation: We stayed on the Queen Mary the night and went to Early Check in at 9:30. This was such a breeze and saved us a lot of time. We started going ...

Let me start this review by telling you that the reason we took this short 3-day cruise on the Paradise for a first cruise is because my DH was paranoid he would get seasick on our planned 12-day cruisetour to Alaska in June. I suggested a short cruise so he could get used to the ship and see that Bonine would work for him. My two sisters and their husbands wanted to come too so we dubbed it the ...

This was my 4th cruise (2nd on Carnival). Even though the other Carnival cruise ship I was on was one of Paradise's "sisters", there were a lot of differences. The layout of the ship was the same, but the performances of the events were considerably different----such as: Karaoke on this ship was great (not that I participated in the performing!); the Piano bar wasn't as entertaining; the art ...
