We chose this cruise because we did not want to fly over the Christmas holiday. Therefore our only option was to sail out of our home state; Texas. We wanted to be sailing during Christmas so our only option was this particular cruise. During the seven day trip, there was only one evening show.ONE!! And that particular singer incorporated the audience, so it wasn’t an actual theater show. We were ...
This cruise was chosen as a Christmas holiday cruise with the family and celebrating a 50th Birthday as well. There were 4 of us and we had optioned for 2 rooms. Overall the cruise was a fun getaway to some amazing ports of call. I will have to say embarkation and disembarkation was better than I ever could have imagined. We literally were off the ship and in the shuttle in under 30 minutes by ...
We had 3 rooms, a group of 10. We have sailed with Royal Caribbean and decided to give Carnival a shot this year; what a mistake. Everyone who worked on this ship looked mad all the time, employees would run you over, would not get out of your way when you were walking throughout the decks, pool areas and dining areas. The bartenders looked miserable and angry all the time, it was evident they did ...
Usually good. Limited choices
Poor quality, poor service in main dining room. Buffet cut choices by more than 1/2. Afternoon is a burger or pizza. Not a whole lot more. Long lines at buffet, pizza took forever to make. Long line as well there. Deli: forget it. One person helping long line, and selections have changed.
Found many areas dirty. Public bathrooms not cleaned enough. Ship showing ...
Carnival Breeze Cruise Review by wsteve78
Sail Date: July 2019, Destination Caribbean, Cabin Type: Ocean Suite
We chose the cruise while talking with our Travel Agent. We have cruised Carnival before and this appeared to be a good cruise with destinations we would enjoy.
It ended up being a very nice cruise. The big surprise was Guy Fieri’s Burger Joint – great burgers and fries!! ...
While looking for cruises around our birthdays (my 75th) we found one that left on my wife's birthday and on my birthday. Carnival was the one. Left from Port Canaveral was the easiest embarkation we were on board in 15 minutes (priority boarding) went to lunch and checked suite out. Everything was ready. Rm 11221 spa suite. Large balcony , walk in closet , large bathroom. And access to spa . ...
We went on this cruise to celebrate a few events (our 10th anniversary, Mom's 60th birthday, Dad's birthday, and my wife's 50th birthday). We had a great time and would definitely go again.
My wife and I went to Ron Jon Surf Shop the night before departure. I would suggest anyone go here. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach, and we also parked here. The shuttle to the port was easy and ...
Every year a small group of us do a reunion around Thanksgiving time, usually on Carnival out of Port Canaveral which is the closest to my home (75 miles) I am Diamond status on Carnival with 49 cruises with them and 135 lifetime on all lines.Check in for luggage and Citizenship and sign and sail went quickly. the parking garage was less the 400 feet from the pier.. weather was perfect. no ...
The ship was nice, we had an OS (7276). Our cabin steward, I Made was great. Embarkation was a little slow considering we had priority suite privilege. People were packed in the terminal and there were no seats in the priority waiting area. The food was OK but nothing great. Lots of breaded, fried food offerings. The service in the main dining room was slow. We spent 2-21/2 hrs each night. They ...
We chose this cruise for the itinerary. The stops were all awesome. We stayed in a Grand Suit which has plenty of space for my family of 4. Both the embarkation and debarkation was extremely smooth and almost no waiting. The boat itself had plenty of things to do. The comedy show and Lip Synch battle was great. They had a Halloween theme so there were lots of extra activities with that. During the ...
