Enjoy the outdoor space of a private balcony with patio chairs and a table, along with all the standard Carnival stateroom amenities: two twin beds (convert to a king) and a single sofa bed, sofa and coffee table, desk and seat, and a full bathroom with shower.
The first couple of days, you could feel the engine vibrations mostly in the bathroom. After than it seemed to not vibrate. Also, at night you could hear the chairs on 10 being moved. Would not book this cabin again. Read entire member review >>
Picked deck 8 as I look for a cabin with a deck of cabins above and below. Didn't hear deck chairs being moved around and no noise from the Promenade deck. The bridge extension was about 25 feet from our balcony so we could see the Captain and other bridge personnel when we were docking or leaving port. Small refrigerators don't really get cold. The cabin was a great size for two people, lots of storage and space to move around. The bed was really hard, but by the second night we were used to it. The linens we very thin but soft enough. The room was starting to show wear and tear, but the Breeze is going into dry dock this March so I'm sure it'll be updated and refreshed. The thermostat worked perfectly, but the water temperature has a tendency to fluctuate. The balcony holds two chairs and a small table but it's a tight fit. The cabin is located directly above the outdoor area of the Red Frog Pub on deck 5. Sometimes people would camp out there for the day and pound drinks, they could get loud occasionally but we couldn't hear them when we were inside with the balcony door closed. The best part about the room was our steward Gede. He's a very nice, soft spoken man that works very hard! He fulfilled all of our requests as soon as he was able to, he kept our room organized and replenished, and never took a long time to get everything done. If you have him as your steward treat him well and don't forget to tip him extra, he will go above and beyond to make you happy regardless of compensation! Read entire member review >>
This is a balcony room in the middle of the ship. Easy access to everything. The room was nicely laid out and lots more storage space than you would think. A quiet location with no issues at all. Read entire member review >>
The cabin was the normal size of a balcony cabin, the bedding was very comfortable. Nice updated colors, newer TV. We stayed on the 8th deck which is above and below other staterooms so the noise was minimal. Read entire member review >>
Connecting cabin, with partial connecting balcony to 8245. Very convenient for travelling with our kids and grandson. Spacious, clean, bright and with wonderful views. Fun to be able to watch the activity on the bridge when docking.
Close to elevators and stairs without any noise from the atrium. Read entire member review >>
Not sure if I selected the proper cabin class, as I do not remember the exact designation. Small cabin, with only one electrical outlet (which is normal on most cruise ships). Nice but small balcony. A lot of ambient noise - balcony doors slamming, people walking and carts rolling overhead, and unknown things banging around at all hours. Also water splashing up onto the balcony made it unusable at sea. Recommend going up to a higher floor if you want a balcony. and a good night's sleep. Read entire member review >>
Much better then the aft balcony.Since the roof is fully covered it could be enjoyed even in the rain .Our room was very quiet even being near the laundry room .The sea day BBQ was below us but never bothered us.I would definitely choose this cabin again.Agus is the best. This an L-shaped cabin on the aft port side. The balcony is twice the length of a standard one, but the interior layout of the cabin differs from others in the same class. The bed faces the windows, which is nice, but there is no couch or usable table space other than the desk. There is a small coffee table pushed against the wall next to the cabin door, but this space is cramped and basically useless. Excellent lighting and bathroom facilities. Read entire member review >>
The only problem is there is a terrible smell in the bathroom certain time of the day. It smells like you forgot to flush your toilet for days. Must be some problem with the sewage or something. Read entire member review >>
Typical balcony room. Great responsive steward in Gusti. We mentioned that the shower was slow to drain and it was fixed when next we returned to the room. Can't hear music from Red Frog Pub 2 floors below unless you are on the balcony. Read entire member review >>
Our balcony cabin was wonderful. This was in the aft near the elevators. Good access to buffet exactly 2 flights above. Bathrooms are your average size with shower, toilet and sink. Interesting that a balcony only had one bathroom and a window cabin has a separate bathroom with a tub in it. Read entire member review >>
Carnival Breeze 8436 Balcony AFT Port side - adjoining room.Very convenient to elevators and stairs - and deck level was nice to go up to pool and outdoor fun or down to dinner and entertainment areas - great spot overall. No noise in hallway.Liked views we had while in ports. Bathroom had plenty of storage shelves.2 hanging closets with plenty of hangars and one closet with shelves provided plenty of space.3 drawers for extra space - 4th drawer had hairdryer and small amount of space - 5th drawer was like a desk drawer for paper/pencils.lots of open cabinet space, a lighted vanity mirror, safe, even space behind TV could be utilized.2 small nightstands offered more space for use.Plenty of storage under bed for luggage. Good layout, pleasing decor, plenty of storage room, never have enough hangers provided on any ship, close to elevators, and generally quiet. It is two decks above hot tub which can be a noise problem when there is someone below who MUST play his I tunes through speakers while you are trying to enjoy the sea. Read entire member review >>
Great cabin. Not sure what to expect, but it was roomy enough for the four of us. Loved the balcony and the views coming into and out of the ports. Enough clothing space (just!) for four. Bathroom was ok, shower was excellent. Read entire member review >>
