My first attempt at a cruise review after 4 cruises. We were to leave Baltimore on September 9, 2018 for Bermuda. Because of Hurricane Florence we were rerouted to the Bahamas. Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay and Freeport. We cruised to those islands in 2011. I will give you some updates on changes I noticed on this cruise since our last cruise in 2016..

Debarkation Day... and I feel like I should write this review after hearing so many negative people on the ship and on the reviews.
First of all, embarkation was a breeze. Waiting 30 minutes in line but you know what, they got everything right and were thorough with security. I don’t mind waiting.

We like to cruise out of Baltimore for the easy access for us We leave a day early and stay at the Best western O'Donnell st great transfers and easy boarding
food was very good great service as always only real complaint was the flys at Princess cay at the food area HORRIBLE need to do something about it people just tossing there food out

I chose this cruise for the location, destination as well as the ship.It was perfect for us. It has a lot to offer like the water works area,sport deck was excellent. My husband and I enjoyed our Carnival Sunshine cruise to Bermuda...
The Sunshine reminded me of an older mini Vista. Some rust here and there but otherwise clean and still in great shape featuring all of the 2.0 upgrades and cute wooden doors. Shows were entertaining and the food on the ship was great and consistent!

This is our 6th Carnival cruise and the 4th on the Pride. We love the Carnival Spirt Class ships. From the layout to the capacity. This cruise was sold out and we never felt crowded or have to wait long for anything except Muster and debarkation which is normal.

I was very happy to sail on the Sunshine, Carnival did a wonderful job. We lucked out this week while others were unsure of their sailing to the Caribbean, Bermuda was beautiful. We did have rain the first day but that was it all other days was clear sailing.
