Carnival Barcelona Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Amazing kids club was the best.

The kids clubs are amazing and our kids loved it. We had fixed time dining at Reflections and service is so SLOW, the waiters try their best but seems untrained, we got our orders mixed up several times Food is somewhere between poor and average - not outstanding Guys burger is a 5. Blue Iguana is a 3+. Lido 3. Reflections 2+. Entertainment is either shows or stand up comedy. We ...

We were so excited to have the opportunity to experience this brand new ship. On the surface - it did not disappoint. The public areas and facilities were impressive. We travelled as a couple (52,46) and felt it was more geared towards families with children. But that said there was plenty for adults to enjoy. The pool areas were fine, as were the sports facilities. Despite a capacity of around ...

Great holiday on the Vista...

Our 1st cruise and what a great time we all had, the Embarkation and Disembarkation went really smoothly allowing for nearly 4000 guests to get on and off without too much fuss, Food was off a good standard, Alcohol was very well priced for a cruise ship. Interior cabin was tight for 2 Adults and 2 teenage boys but only used it too sleep in as there was so much too do. We used Shore ...

Wanted to take a Mediterranean cruise all my life and was so looking forward to seeing all the historical landmarks the ports of call had to offer on this cruise. The Carnival Vista is an absolutely amazing ship but in my opinion too big. I found myself waiting in line for every single thing I did on the ship behind hundreds of people. I will say the food and service was outstanding on this ...

We have been on 8 different Carnival Cruise ships, we booked our trip on the Vista a year in advance and were so excited to be on the 7th sailing of this new vessel. Overall, the ship is beautiful and the activities are plentiful. But as frequent Carnival cruisers, we were disappointed at several aspects of the new ship. First and foremost was the Liquid Lounge. The seating is horrible. Carnival ...

We really enjoyed cruising the Mediterranean on the new Carnival Vista. The ships was fantastic with lots of things to do. We loved the Sky Ride, Sky Walk Ropes Course, Imax, Thrill Theater, and the Water Works area. We had to drag the kids away each time we had to head for dinner. We have been on a few Carnival cruises now and this had the best food by far, especially the breakfast options. ...

Bigger NOT Better

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Carnival Vista

The Food has become a POOR selection. Its not the original Carnival food that made it something to talk about. Its more Corporate. The Lido buffet sitting area increased by 10percent. Not enough to handle the 1000 more people on the ship. Employees cannot keep up with the demand of keeping dirty tables clean and it is VERY CROWDED and unable to find sitting. They do now have an eating area ...

Just got back from our fabulous cruise on the shiny new Carnival Vista! Our small family included myself and my husband (DH) and our 8 year old daughter. This was our 9th cruise and our 3rd cruise with Carnival. We had a great time! Carnival Vista is an excellent ship for families. This was an amazing cruise and my most favorite cruise so far. The ship has so many features that we were ...

Carnival Vista offers a great cruise for multi-generational families.

I travelled with my wife, 5 year old son and 81 year old mother in law so I was worried that it would be hard to find a cruise to suit the needs of such a mixed group. My worries were unfounded. The cabins were very nice and fairly spacious. The staff attending to the rooms were incredibly hard working and polite. I can't thank them enough. The whole family loved the towel animals that would be ...

I had not cruised with Carnival in over 10 years. As a travel agent I sell A LOT of their cruises but I personally have been a Royal Caribbean fan. We decided to check out the Vista because she looked amazing and we had been wanting to sail in Europe. Ship: We were very impressed with the layout of the ship. With over 4000 people sailing, no area ever felt crowded. We enjoyed the outdoor ...
