Carnival Baltimore Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Halloween cruise with lots of scary problems. Embark first horror...disembark bigger mess. In between 5 days with deaths, rape, poor correspondence between crew, one mistake after another. Food questionable in main dining and buffet ...but great burgers and David's restaurant definitely worth the $35.00 charge. Thanks Mr. Maitre'd. Room service super and on time with so so food. Carnival ...

2nd Time on the Pride

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Pride

This was our 2nd time on the Pride but our experience did not rate as well as the last time. However, the lower rating was not the fault of the staff onboard the ship and primarily is aimed at Carnival's corporate policies. The Good: 1. Our room steward, Anak, was wonderful. She did an excellent job! 2. Our wait staff was excellent!! At the Sea Day Brunch, we were lucky to get CoCo ...

My sons and I chose this cruise as it was only a 3 hour drive from home. (We live in NY). Our ports were to be Freeport, Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay. We are platinum. We arrived in Blatimore at 10:30. Embarkation started at 12:30. I just loved the beauty of the Pride. I loved the layout. I loved just about everything about her, awesome crew!we were on deck 7 in a balcony cabin. The seas were ...

Carnival Pride - Surprisingly Good And Great Value

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Pride

My wife and I booked this cruise based on her limited availability and a port within driving distance. We had never cruised Carnival before but the price was good and it seemed like a good itinerary. Overall, we had a wonderful time and felt we got good value for our money. The staff was excellent, professional, cheerful and hard working. The ship was surely older, but the room was big, ...

This was my 8th cruise. 3 with Royal Caribbean (LOVE LOVE LOVE)....and 5 (including this one) with Carnival. Up until this cruise, I would have recommended Carnival to anyone..but that has changed drastically. This cruise - from the planning stages through the actual cruise itself was a series of disappointments and deep frustrations with a cruiseline who had no respect for their customers, who ...

This was our first time cruising and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff made our embarkation and disembarkation very easy! Our cabin was on the 6th deck, with a balcony and was cozy and comfortable and the staff kept it clean and stocked with clean linens. The dining staff went over and above to make our meal time extra special!! The food was delicious and there was a great variety of ...

We were signed up to go the the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos, but we were re-routed to Saint John, NB and Halifax, NS due to Hurricane Matthew. I was very pleased with how Carnival handled re-routing us: we were given a couple days' notice and the opportunity to cancel without penalty, or we could come along on the new itinerary and get $100 pp on-board credit and 25% off our next cruise. I ...

We sailed during Hurricane Matthew and this may have been the best cruise we were ever on. Our Captain changed our itinerary and instead of Eastern Caribbean, our plans were to go to Canada....GREAT!! However, once we got to NYC, we were not able to go to Canada since other cruise ships were headed that way so there was no room for us at the port. Not a problem, we got to tour NYC and had a ...

I have sailed 2 times on the Carnival Pride and have had a wonderful time both sails. I am from the area, I live 8 minutes form the Port. Its a very safe and secure area.....with the media always saying Baltimore is so violent & dangerous. Just like any other urban area you will have more crime! There is a Police Station just around the corner from the Port, you can believe the area is well ...

Not a good first impression. Got to the port at our scheduled arrival time of 12:00.pm. Waited in line 2 hours before getting to the desk to check in. I know the terminal staff does this every week but they should be a little more friendly and nice. The good side was that I got to meet a lot of nice people that I got to see and talk to during the cruise. Dining- Guy’s ...
