Carnival Bahamas Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Loved the Eastern itinerary from Galveston

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Breeze

First time on the Breeze. We chose this ship on this date because of the itinerary: Key West, Nassau, & Freeport. Parked right across the street from port at VIP Indoor Parking Garage. (Super nice people - very convenient) Embarkation was easy as pie - lots of Carnival people to guide you in the right direction. Grabbed some lunch at Guys's Burgers and some at Tandoor. Both are Delicious!!! Met ...

Very Good not Great

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Breeze

I can not give this a five star rating because of the debarkation procedure. We were given luggage tags the night before, but chose not to use them. The number was 24, but since we live over 500 miles from the port and have to drive home we used self-assist so we could get off the ship earlier. On this particular cruise we were on deck 2 and they called for self-assist starting on deck 12 at ...

Don't Be Discouraged

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Valor

This was my 5th Carnival cruise in 2 years. Can you tell I like cruising? Carnival is a GREAT cruise line. But this sailing was different. It was cold and windy so hanging out on deck was limited for us. We couldn't enjoy the outdoor movie because it was just too cold at night. There were a lot of activities on board. Unfortunately, everything I wanted to do overlapped or interfered with ...

Holiday Getaway

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Valor

Great cruise on the Valor with a few exceptions. I have been on more than a dozen cruises and I can say without a doubt, that even a bad cruise beats being at work, lol!! This was meant to be a relaxing get away during the crunch of the holidays and it did not disappoint. Ship-The Valor has a presidential theme which I thought was a little weird for a cruise ship in the Caribbean, but it ...

This is our 2nd Carnival cruise and 3rd cruise overall. Lets start with the most negative, FOOD: The buffet food on this cruise was below our expectations, even after our first cruise on the ecstasy 10 years ago that we were pleased with the selection and quality, we were VERY disappointed on the buffet quality and selection on this cruise. Guys burgers were awesome! Italian restaurant was ...

Experienced Cruiser - not the best - service was not up to expectations

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Elation

The service was not up to expectations. Dining room brought meals at different times. Baked potato and butter 15 minutes later. When asked for iced tea, took 15 minutes and I felt like I was bothering the team. Many people from our group of 30 got ill once home, colds, very bad flu. I did not feel the ship was cleaned adequately cleaned. I have been on over 30 cruises and this was just sub ...

A Most Amazing Vacation!

I chose this cruise because more than any other location I wanted to go to Half Moon Cay. This was my 3rd cruise and all have been with Carnival. Jacksonville is an 8 hour drive from where I live. I liked the idea of it taking a full night and 1/2 day to reach the first destination port. We parked in a lot across the highway from the entrance to the terminal, much cheaper than at the terminal. We ...

A Wonderful, Delightful Experience

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Ecstasy

My sister had previously taken a cruise on the Carnival Ship Fantasy and loved it. When she asked me to go with her in December of 2016, we decided to try the Fantasy's sister ship, the Ecstasy. What a thrilling adventure ! I think my mouth never closed that first day as I was taking it all in; reminded me of my first trip to Disney World. The ship was extremely clean and very well ...

Great weekend on the Valor!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Valor

Carnival Valor, 12/01/16 This was my first cruise on the Valor, although I have been on her sister ships Liberty and Glory before. A friend of mine was offered a very good deal for this weekend cruise through the Carnival Players Club. He needed a roommate, so I tagged along for the chance to see a new ship. Embarkation: We had to make a few unscheduled stops on the way to Port Canaveral, ...
