Chose this cruise cos we did carnival sunshine and it Was brill. What a contrast to this appalling bag of rubbish. From waiters in the restauraunt to entertainment staff it was rubbish. Dirty pots left all over, shows garbage. Drinks in the bars always different prices even though you had the same drinks!! Food also not up to scratch. Had a great cruse 20 years ago. We always wanted to do it again. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! Paid extra for a balcony cabin on deck 9. We had 8 out of 10 nights without sleep. Just back from our 10 day cruise, can only say it was the worst holiday we have ever had, the ship is new and clean, the cabins are OK as long as you don't have any of the cabins around the 624 area they are just over the Disco, so you can forget sleep till after 3 in the morning. We have been on over ten cruises with various cruise lines including Carnival. This cruise was selected as the itenary suited us. Unfortunately the service was terrible. The ship was to big, it was poorly designed. The cabin was all right we had an ocean view with two hathrooms the second one could have had a toilet instead of a bathtub that was so high you needed a step to get not to take a shower.
