This was our third cruise, but our first with Carnival.
Good value on a lovely ship. Fantastic entertainment with the cruise director 'Jen' with the energy of the Energiser Bunny! Food was delicious and plentiful. My cruise on Legend was absolutely splendid. As a newcomer to Alaska, I didn't really know what to expect, but I loved every second of it.
- I don't remember as much about the embarkation as I probably should, but it wasn't slow to my knowledge. Fairly average.

I have sailed on Carnival 12 times and have never been disappointed. This was a family trip with young children, teens and adults so with this mixed crowd I wanted a trip we could afford and one that would address all interrests. Finally got a chance to visit Alaska. I have now been to 41 of the 50 states. Hawaii will be at least number 42 come September 2018.
The cruise was outstanding, and the scenery was 2nd to none in my opinion. The staff and the dining crew were very good. It was a mostly over 40 cruise, so not seeing a whole lot of kids running around was fine by me (not trying to sound to old).

This was our second cruise!!! What an experience! We did a transfer from the airport to the dock with Carnival. It was organized. The greeter were helpful. The Bus driver gave a tour of the area on the way to the port. Good Job!! Checking in was a mess. Mainly from the people in such a hurry to get on board.
