Carnival Alaska Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

Time to retire the Legend

My husband and I completed our Alaska cruise on the Carnival Legend appx 1 1/2 weeks ago. First the positive feedback: Each and every staff person was excellent and professional, from restaurant wait staff to cabin stewards. They really seemed to take their jobs personally and seemed to want to please us at every interaction (especially the exceptionally friendly Balinese workers). The wait ...

This was our third cruise, but our first with Carnival. Good value on a lovely ship. Fantastic entertainment with the cruise director 'Jen' with the energy of the Energiser Bunny! Food was delicious and plentiful. We chose 'anytime dining' in Truffles which worked well for us. Had room service one morning which was also prompt although the fresh fruit served was a little battered. Cabin was ...

One of my most memorable Cruises

My cruise on Legend was absolutely splendid. As a newcomer to Alaska, I didn't really know what to expect, but I loved every second of it. - I don't remember as much about the embarkation as I probably should, but it wasn't slow to my knowledge. Fairly average. - The ship was very nice, although dirty in some spots. I had sailed on her prior in 2014 and was able to re-fresh my memory. - ...

I no longer trust Carnival due to poor service and very poor communication.

After multiple attempts at contacting Carnival Cruise lines, through various channels (phone, email, and facebook) I have finally decided to post a negative review over our most recent experience. I have been cruising with Carnival since the mid 90's, and without fail, every time I return to Carnival they are now charging for something that was once 'included' in your booking price. It started ...

I have sailed on Carnival 12 times and have never been disappointed. This was a family trip with young children, teens and adults so with this mixed crowd I wanted a trip we could afford and one that would address all interrests. Carnival Legend scored high on all accounts. The cruise lines' logo is FUN and we certainly did have all sorts pf fun. Our trip was to Alaska with a starting ...

Had a ball, great food and people. Loved all the ports. Had some very good excursions which I had set up ahead of time on my own. We had great tours through Klondike Tours in Skagway (our favorite was Joe, which took us on a bus tour of the Whitehall Pass, he was very knowledgeable), and Coastal Helicopters in Juneau (we landed on a Glacier and our pilot Evan explained things and took our ...

June 2016 Alaskan Cruise

Finally got a chance to visit Alaska. I have now been to 41 of the 50 states. Hawaii will be at least number 42 come September 2018. The cruise was outstanding, and the scenery was 2nd to none in my opinion. The staff and the dining crew were very good. It was a mostly over 40 cruise, so not seeing a whole lot of kids running around was fine by me (not trying to sound to old). The ports ...

This was our second cruise!!! What an experience! We did a transfer from the airport to the dock with Carnival. It was organized. The greeter were helpful. The Bus driver gave a tour of the area on the way to the port. Good Job!! Checking in was a mess. Mainly from the people in such a hurry to get on board. Once on though...let the vacation begin! The staff was wonderful! Jose did a wonderful ...
