Calm seas, aqua water, nice getaway..
"Smokers- The starboard side of the casino has smoking, deck 16 mid above the pizzeria area as a small outdoor smoking section, Churchill's lounge on deck 5 I believe forward, Which also has several screens and a bar so a good place to watch the games and relax in a big leather chair.The food in the main dining rooms for dinner was decent the menu was good, the only place that I would say I noticed a difference in the quality would be the beef....."Read More

We chose this cruise based on a great casino offer. We had sailed on her in 2008 and 2009 when she was fresh and nearly new. Today the ship is in fairly decent shape. Worn areas show in the elevators, and some of the common areas. The crew in general were outstanding! Nice positive vibe from the people who make this party barge go!

I'm Platinum with Princess and have cruised 30+ times with other cruise lines, so I overall love cruising. For this cruise, I would say the food was wonderful, the entertainment was hit-or-miss, but the biggest barrier that would keep me coming back to this ship was lack of AC in common areas (summertime Caribbean is no joke), and super long lines and wait times for EVERYTHING.

Overall a positive experience. But 3 of the 4 ports were Carnival-owned, meaning not much to see other than beaches. No dining rooms open for lunch on at-port days though the buffet is. In the dining rooms, portion sizes are smaller, but you can ask for seconds.
