"If Princess is going to rely so heavily on a digital application they must ensure the digital backbone on the ship can handle 3,000 people all trying to order sandwiches at one time.The lack of a live orchestra for production shows; main dining rooms that were so understaffed we saw the Director of Restaurant Operations bussing tables on several occasions; bars that no longer had physical menus; the train wreck that was anytime dining; and food that had all the ear marks of being frozen and simply warmed up in the kitchen; all seemed to be tied to financial concerns and not enhancing the passenger experience...."Read More

- Our room was ready when we got on the ship.
- The food was excellent. The beef tenderloin was truly the best we have had on any ship.

The entertainment was good with a variety. Not lot of options for the mid aged crowd unless you wanted to go to the sky club at 11p.
