Oceanview (obstructed view) (OW) Cabin Reviews

Small which was to be expected. Asked for queen bed but got two twins which kept coming apart. Safe quit working. View was of a lifeboat. Given TWO towels for two people per day.

Bucket List/Check : Cabin E224
Much smaller than I'm use to, but layout was OK. Lots of storage and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom shower is teeny tiny! No large person will feel comfortable. You'll be half in, half out!

We usually book balcony or suite but there were none available, However with so much shore time, and north Atlantic weather we would not have utilized a balcony nor needed the suite space. Happy with the room and window view

Smooth sailing mid-ship and the obstructed view was not bad. We were between 2 b oats, so could see the ocean and sunset well. DonDon was a great steward and plenty of storage and sleeping room too and bathroom small but OK. One BIG problem was the noise in the cabin at night...not the neighbor's TV as a crew member checked for us, but the music from Crooners & Explorers comes up the stairs/elevators and right in our hallway! We did call the front desk for 3 nights, and a clerk, then supervisor Monica moved us on the 3rd night and there was no noise and we finally could sleep. We appreciated here efforts and it was much quieter. Next time would go higher up and not stay near a stairway. Read Less

I don't know what category our oceanview obstructed was but we were very happy with the size of the room, storage space and refrigerator, look for the ice bucket in refrigerator. Shower was small with the curtain clinging, no room really in there to keep personal items like razor, conditioner in the shower but soaps and shampoos smelled great. The bathroom had enough shelves for items. Lotion was provided without asking. Bed was very comfortable and our room steward was amazing. He was like a ninja getting our room clean when we would leave. Jose, who knew I loved the chocolates with the silver wrapper (you get different ones every night) the last night of cruise he made a huge flower on the bed out of the silver candy so I ended up with almost 20 of them.
