We made a atlantic crossing 2016 with Cunard QM2 from Hamburg to New York. It was New York fashion week theme 9 day cruise. The Programm and Food was excellent. Our cabin and restaurant was Princess Grill Category. We were very happy with this cruise. Unfortunately this last Cunard cruise was not up to our expectations. We had again a Princess Grill Suite. Eating and dining was not very good, ...

We were not happy with this cruise. We have cruised dozens of times, but this was the first and last on Cunard. They cater to a group of loyal Cunard passengers, and do nothing for anyone else. The pro's: The cabin was nice. For the most part, the entertainment was very good. The embarkation was excellent. We received excellent service from our cabin steward and the Britannia Restaurant ...

After a deplorable embarkation in Cape Town, things got better. This was our fourth time on the QMII and we will certainly return, especially for crossings. We love, love, love the interior of the QMII, and were luxuriously at home in many of the public areas, especially the Chart Room and Commodore Club. We met many friendly and charming fellow passengers, got involved in the usual activities, ...

This I think was our one and only voyage so we were lucky it was on QM2 from Cape Town to Southampton. It was fifteen days of luxury. Our cabin 12006 was super, very comfortable and conveniently situated. We could keep a watch on the bridge from our balcony and it was a very short walk to the lifts which whisked us down to the gym, the library or the spa. The small covered pool is on deck 12 so ...

This was our first time on Cunard. We embarked the QM2 in Cape Town which was shambles due to large number os people embarking and a colour blind co-ordinator. We were offered tea, coffee & biscuits but some lunch would have been nice, even if only a sandwich. The ship itself is a bit tired but everything was clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were cheerful, helpful and ...

To sail with Cunard has been a boyhood dream. So when I saw an opportunity to sail on QM2 I grabbed it. My Cunard E Ticket said embarkation details to be advised. We flew from Sydney to Cape Town to join the ship and enjoyed a few days in this excellent S.African City. I checked my emails for boarding advice but none was forthcoming. No problem really as the ship dominates any harbour so finding ...

This is the first cruise review I have written after approx 40 cruises with many different cruise lines - this I mention only to say I have experience in various lines and price brackets. This voyage for my husband and I had very high expectations - we booked a Queens Grill suite and thought 'it shouldn't get better than this'...... How wrong we were. The ship itself was in a state of poor ...
