Like on their ocean cruises they pipe nondescript classical muzak on the loudspeaker system incessantly, making for the ambiance of an elevator in a department store. We thought it be nice to spend a week on QM2 and booked two Queen's Grill suites to travel with my family. However starting with a horrific boarding experience the cruise barley got any better for us.

"Seabourn clearly do not prioritize guests' interests, needs, health or safety." Oceania worst cruise ever!
Oceania should stop sending expensive brochures and spend the money on better quality food and staffing !

Writing this now because I can not believe that SilverSea has been named best luxury cruise line.
As far as we are concerned never again.
To start with the positives- our butler and steward were both absolutely fantastic. So were the staff in the medical centre which I visited each day to have a dressing changed .
