Holland America's Navigator is a poor Joke. HAL internet is like dial-up on a party line. Painfully slow, many sites won't load, not talking YouTube or games, you can barely get basic emails. If there's an attachment forget it. I wasn't even able to view my home wifi thermostat on board. We chose this cruise for the ship and the itinerary. Going into we knew she was old, however five months prior we were on the Infinity for a seven days cruise. It was excellent. So we went into it with all positives. Mistake. From no varletry in food nor wine to short staff.

The NCL (minus 2) STAR was not passenger friendly.
NCL should reconsider the FREESTYLE approach. Having standards is a GOOD thing. We spent a lot of money for this cruise and I did not get what I expected
