The river cruise was part of an Italy to UK holiday. From the time we arrived in Budapest from Rome we were assisted in everyway and transported on to our ship in a very well organised manner. Once on board the perfect organisation took over. Great cabin, most meals, entertainment and shore excursions all went like clockwork without being rushed. Fourteen days of wonderful May/June weather, great places to see through Hungary, Slovakia, Bavaria and Holland and a delightful, happy group of passengers who all made the most of what was on offer. Food was well supplied and catering excellently organised by well trained and friendly staff working to a faultless and precise system. The one downside was the evening dinner which to many of our group was too fussy and decorative - not really very tasty food that most passengers had been used to and sometimes a little over the top and of questionable quantity. Breakfast and lunch were more traditional and certainly sufficient so not many complaints for these two. So, an excellent and memorable cruise and we would do again give half a chance. Read Less

Very good itinerary, visiting some fabulous places which were enriched by the guided tours at each location. The ship was very well appointed and very comfortable. The modern feel to the design and furnishings was appreciated. Excellent service on board and on the excursions. A particular note of appreciation must go to Wes, the cruise director, who was very visible throughout and was informative and had a humorous and light touch to his organisational role. The bike ride was a welcome addition to the cruise itinerary, offering the opportunity to cycle through some beautiful countryside and get a bit of exercise as well. My only criticism would be about the food on board. It was "OK" but really not up to the standard that I'd expect on a cruise of this quality. The staff were all great but I'd not recommend our cruise if you're look for fine dining or anything approaching that. Read Less

Choosing the Danube Delights river cruise enable my husband and I to visit several cities in Europe that we hadn't before and how pleased we both were. We had never taken a cruise before and was excited to give it a go. What a wonderful experience it turned out to be from the moment we embarked in Budapest to the disembarkment in Nuremberg it couldn't have been better. Our ship was beautiful and much more spacious than expected. Our cabin was surprisingly spacious and well equipped for our comfort. Spotlessly clean and well serviced every day. Dining aboard was excellent and the service second to none. The staff or should I say crew aboard could not have been more helpful and attentive. The daily programme or itinerary was comprehensive and well planned. The evening entertainment was just enough after our busy time on our shore excursions which again was very professionally done and interesting. We saw some amazing sights along the way and thoroughly enjoyed our Discover More events. Our only regret was that we only had eight days...had we known how exceptionally fantastic this way of travelling was we wished we had stayed on longer! And yes, we will certainly be travelling again with Emerald Waterways. Read Less

As regular ocean cruisers we decided to try something different. We were not disappointed - this Danube, Mainz, Rhine cruise ticked all the boxes for a small ship. Great food, interesting mix of people and very efficient crew. One of the highlights was a tour of the galley which was something of an eye-opener. How five crew members worked in such a confined space producing such excellent food was a miracle! All the tours were efficiently organised and the innovative communication system recently introduced worked extremely well - all the guides raved about it! Destinations were all well worth the visit with usually sufficient free time to explore. The 'extra' tours/trips which included a visit to the Schonbrun Palace and a private concert in Vienna were excellent. Richard Grey the Tour Director was the best we had ever encountered on any of our previous ocean cruises. The only downside to the whole trip was the mayhem at Heathrow which would probably put us off from doing a similar holiday again unless Eurostar was an option. Otherwise, a most enjoyable two weeks which probably surpassed our expectations. Read Less

We were a group of 8 friends who decided to do a river cruise. We chose Evergreen as it was an Aussie company and it fit everyone's different budgets. My husband and I were lucky enough to book the owners suite and it was absolutely worth every penny. The room was like a 6 star hotel, amazing! It was all of the little extras that made it so memorable. The cruise itself was so well organised and suited everyone. You had so many options. You could be on an organised tour or just experience the different places on your own. The optional tours were well thought out, we did 4 of them and each one was well worth the extra. The food! Fabulous - 4 course meal every night. The wines that went with each meal were local wines and were just great, all included - I don't think my glass was ever empty :) buffets were plentiful and there was something for everyone. Breakfast - well, delicious! A chef waiting for you to cook your eggs just the way you wanted. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I were looking to buy a cuckoo clock in Germany and the staff were very knowledgeable about the different shops to look at and we found the perfect clock! Each place we stopped had a tour that you could do. Evergreen use local guides and they were all amazing. The best part about doing a river cruise is unpacking once, Europe comes to you! We can't wait for our next river cruise, only problem, which one to choose :) Read Less

Because of the theme of war on the Danube and the calibre of the speakers - Martin Bell particularly, also Nick Thorpe and John Simpson. It was an excellent and fascinating tour from Budapest to Bucharest visiting Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania. Fascinating talks from Martin Bell and the lectures both onboard and on our land excursions. Great group of fellow travellers, excellent food and we had a very good time. The crew onboard were superb - everything ran like clockwork and our tour manager Jana was excellent in organising all we needed to do and enjoy. We had not done a cruise like this before so did not know what to expect and I think it exceeded our expectations in being both enjoyable and informative. The food was excellent and the chef Andras and all the staff on board kept the boat clean and very comfortable. It was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. Read Less

The Danube travelling towards the Black Sea included many countries we had not visited, but the real reason was the inclusion of war correspondents lecturing and so adding to the experience . Of the3, Martin Bell (who travelled with us) was superb: 4 lectures of appropriate length and content, delivered with video clips to make the whole thing 'come alive' as we travelled the troubled regions of the former Yugoslavia. His last talk was very light-hearted: Politics and Poetry. Sadly, the lectures from the other 2 reporters were not up to the same standard. The boat was new, so rooms seemed even smaller. Service was excellent, although the food was inconsistent and a little too novel cuisine at times. Tours were generally very good, although a great deal depended on which local guide you ended up with - standards of English and input both variable. More activities on board would have been welcomed during the sailing day. The disappointment was no time in Budapest, and the 2 days in Bucharest. After a well organised cruise, things just weren't of the same standard (although the hotel was fine) Visits and catering outside of the hotel both left much to be desired. The overall experience was very good - not least due to the cruise director, Jana. Read Less

We chose this cruise because of the speakers - John Simpson, Martin Bell and Nick Thorpe. Most nights we were treated to informative and entertaining talks. The standard of accommodation was excellent. Dining could be described as 4 star - consistently good and well balanced throughout the week. We were very impressed by the meticulous planning of the activities and prompt timekeeping. Regarding the local guides, they were all first rate, knowledgeable and approachable with a good command of English. Most of the on shore visits were of interest but some were weak. However, it must be difficult to find venues at the very end of the season. There was a small swimming pool with current to swim against and bicycles on board to use at each port. We would be happy to recommend Emerald to others and would also consider cruising with them again. We would probably choose a different stretch of river. Read Less

As we had previously cruised north on the Danube from Novi Sad to Vienna we decided we would like to cruise south towards the Black Sea on another cruise. The cruise with the war correspondents clinched it. We loved the ship but found the dining room very noisy, hard for me as I am hard of hearing. Some more soft furnishings and may be fewer passengers would have made it better. The food was interesting and excellent. I have a mushroom allergy and every day I received a personal menu in the cabin during the morning with dishes I couldn't eat highlighted. My husband and I both celebrated our birthdays and were treated to a cake and firework at dinner and special towel sculptures and a card in the cabin. The cabin was spacious and the drop-down window useful when taking photos but the weather was not good enough to take full advantage of that facility. As we arrived at the ship very late due to flight delays we missed the briefing and no one offered a "catchup" one so we had to find out a few things for ourselves. We did not find the tissues in the cabin until asking for some the second day and we were told they were in the cupboard in the bath room which was hidden behind the mirror- not at all obvious! We tended to go to bed later than most other guests and twice could not use the coffee machine in the lounge after 11pm as it was being cleaned but we could have waited 20 minutes if we had been desperate. The service was efficient and organisation by the cruise director excellent. The excursions were well organised with excellent guides with radio mikes speaking into our head sets which were provided in the cabin. If you like swimming you may be pleased there is a pool but put off by the size of it. I think Emerald do themselves a disservice by not stating anywhere that the pool has a powerful jet feature from one end that you can swim against. I am a good swimmer and could beat it doing front crawl but for back stroke it held me in the middle of the pool and I could keep going as long as I liked and was able to feel I had had a good swim. We chose this cruise because of the inclusion of talks by leading correspondents - Nick Thorpe, Martin Bell and John Simpson. The cruise itself was very good. A fine, new vessel with a committed, competent and friendly crew. Administration was efficient and our cruise director always kept us well briefed. The onshore activities at the various stops were all interesting, if not always riveting because of limited choice of things to do around eastern Danube ports. The buses used were all comfortable and the local guides were knowledgeable. The material provided by the correspondents added much context. The onboard entertainment was enjoyable and provided local colour. Our cabins were well appointed and comfortable and the food and wine were first rate. The hotels used in Budapest and Bucharest were adequate, rather than good but that didn't really detract from our enjoyment. This was our first river cruise; it won't be our last. Read Less

Overview This was a first time river cruise for us and were attracted to it by the presence of Martin Bell and John Simpson relating their experiences of reporting for the BBC on the unrest and war events that have covered the Balkan region through the last 25/30 years. We travelled from Budapest to Bucharest through five countries and as a consequence of their presentations had significant added value to all of the shore excursions which were varied, interesting and very relevant. It thus provided us with a more in depth understanding of the history of this region and considerably enhanced our enjoyment of the cruise. The Ship We felt that the Ship, which is just over a year old, was spacious well appointed and offered excellent facilities for a 7-10 day cruise. The staff on board were always cheerful and helpful. Above all, they were excellent in the service they provided. Pre/Post Cruise We did not have a pre-cruise stay in Budapest but had a two day stop in Bucharest which was included in the overall cruise package. We had the benefit of two guided tours of Bucharest which gave us a good insight into the City and what it offers, and will probably think about a longer City break at some time. Food The food on board was plentiful, varied and freshly prepared each day. There was no excuse for being hungry with ample choices for breakfast, four courses for lunch and dinner, with afternoon tea and late night snacks for those that really got peckish. We took advantage of the opportunity to tour the kitchen with the head chef who explained the daily routines for ensuring that the excellent quality was maintained. Excursions These were well thought out and relevant to the theme of the cruise. The value of the excursions was considerably enhanced by the quality of the tour guides. On all our tours we had well informed, knowledgeable tour guides who had great personalities, a sense of humour, spoke clearly in English and were keen to ensure we got the most out of the visit. Service First class by all staff. Going again Have already booked another cruise with Emerald. Any Negatives We have a need for specialist diets and in this respect we had the menus on a daily basis marked up with all allergens. These were a bit confusing and we found the best course of action was to discuss with the Head Waiter at lunch and dinner, who was more than helpful in providing clarifications and ensuring that appropriate alternatives were provided. This did not always translate to shore excursions and in some cases the options were very basic and limited. Read Less

We chose this cruise as we had not done a river cruise before and the Delights of the Danube for seven nights seemed to be just what we were looking for. However, we were very disappointed by the poor quality food and lack of choice, fine dining it was not and on a cruise you expect the food to be memorable, this was for all the wrong reasons. The dress code of smart casual for dinner was not adhered to with many passengers wearing shorts, t shirts and flip flops in the dining room. Such attire is fine in the day, but not in the evening and is not acceptable. The food, poor entertainment and dress code are areas that need to be improved in order to get returning customers. I am afraid that we will not return to cruise with Emerald and from speaking to many of the British passengers it seems that many share my views. An expensive cruise that offers very poor value for money Read Less

This was our first ever cruise of any kind and we had no idea what to expect. The booking was so easy and the pack that arrived with our boarding cards already printed and great information was impressive. My only complaint was that we had to fly with Easy Jet which I thought was not impressive for such a costly holiday although we were given Speedy Boarder passes which compensated a bit! We were met at the airport immediately we got to the Arrivals area and whisked away in a car to the ship. Embarkation was so easy and we were thrilled when we saw our cabin with the open air balcony with the amazing view of the Hungarian Parliament Building. On the first evening we were treated to a cruise to see the city by night. Every day was special in it's own way, waking up in a new place having cruised overnight was great and then daytime cruising towards the end of the week offered a relaxing way to see the river and the sights. The staff were wonderful especially Jana the cruise director who deserves a special mention. The local guides were fantastic, so knowledgeable and so proud to show guests around their cities. A visit to a Slovakian family home for an afternoon with coffee, cake and wine was one of the highlights of the week. Overall the food was really good, always fresh and well presented with plenty of choice and drinks whenever you wanted them with the meals. You can choose from tables of two, four, six and eight so it is easy to get to know other people on the boat. The evening entertainment was okay, perhaps the only thing that could be improved upon. We will definitely be looking to do another cruise and wouldn't hesitate to go back to Emerald Waterways. Read Less

The team running the ship were first class! The itinerary was great! We were particularly impressed with our Tour Director, Jana! She couldn't have been more helpful and obliging, and was always perfectly organised. Very impressive! Also the chef, Lemanya, was great - the food was wonderful. Also terrific were the fantastic wait staff. Just so efficient and helpful! The ship was very new, and the entire layout very well thought out! It included Australian power points. Plenty of cupboard space. Each room had a very nice bathroom, with a roomy shower. The enclosed 'verandah' was particularly good - it doubled as an inside sitting room and an outside balcony just by pressing a button to lower the top window. Pretty nifty! I highly recommend this ship and its entire ship's crew! You won't be disappointed! Read Less

We chose Emerald as a result of attending presentations by both Emerald and Scenic (same ownership). They said that Emerald was a step lower than Scenic in terms of luxury, but I would challenge anyone to fault Emerald for its comfort and a great cruising experience. Our cabin was large - a smaller one would have sufficed, but the extra room in the Owner's Suite was terrific. The food was excellent. We opted for the light breakfasts and lunches as it's so easy to overeat on a cruise ship. Dinners were fabulous ad while they were four course meals, serving sizes were just right - not too large. The crew were fantastic and provided terrific, very friendly service, led by a great hotel manager and cruise director. Excursions were thoroughly enjoyable and great learning experiences, particularly the visit to the Nazi rally grounds in Nuremberg. Most excursions involved walking tours with audio units so you could still hear the guide even if you wandered off a little. We appreciated the daily exercise. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience with Emerald. The only comment I would have is that it would have been nice to have had more time in Budapest. We did a Prague add on with Emerald before boarding in Budapest and we only got one day in this city. Read Less

From start to finish this cruise is excellent. The ship is really impressive with amazing staff. The sihip Emerald Sun was built in 2015 and looks brand new. We had a panorama balcony suite on 2nd floor. These rooms are bigger than other rooms we have had on other river cruise ships as the window is from floor to ceiling and can be lowered with touch of a switch. The ship has about 180 people onboard so it is easy to meet new people and make friends as you see them every day. There is a more friendly feel on a river cruise rather than an ocean cruise ship. Each morning we would open the window blind, lower the window and watch the world sail by while lying on the bed...magic. This is better than having a separate balcony area which sounds good but makes your room smaller. The cruise director Ray Bauer is a natural at his job, very knowledgable, friendly, always a joy to meet and talk to. Food was Michelin star quality at every meal. Inclusive with cost of holiday is wine, soft drinks or beer at lunch and dinner and guided walks at every destination. Highlight of the week for us was a private concert by Vienna Imperial orchestra in a beautiful room include tenor and soprano singers. We had to pay for this extra but well worth it. We will definately book again with Emerald Waterways a totally professional organisation. Read Less

We had two days in Budapest on our own.Met at the airport and transported to the hotel by a smart representative. The Marriott Courtyard was in a great position and near to the hop on and hop off stop.On the day of embarkation we were met at the hotel with other guests and taken to the boat. All our luggage was handled for us and put onto the boat and later into our cabins. We had a light lunch provided and then taken to our cabins. The cabins were compact but very comfortable. The whole trip was really well organised and the daily tours were by good local reps. For the people who didn't walk so fast, there was a group for easy walkers. This was gently paced but you still saw everything the other groups saw. The dining was excellent and the service really good. The tea/coffee machine broke down but the staff simply got you anything you wanted from the kitchen. The machine was quickly repaired the next day. We went on to Prague. The rep accompanied as to Prague and the hotel was in a good position near Wenceslas Square from where everything was walkable. The stay included a walking tour of the city which we abandoned half way through as the pace was too fast for my husband. A mini bus was available for those that chose to leave and it took us back to the hotel, from where we went out on our own at our own pace. We really enjoyed the holiday but were pleased we took the extra days at the beginning in Budapest and at the end in Prague. Both were wonderful cities and very easy to explore on your own. Read Less

Honestly, we chose this cruise line because it was less expensive than some of the other luxury river cruise lines and because it had very good reviews overall. We were not disappointed all all and are very glad we chose Emerald Cruises and the Emerald Sun. The cruise was a great value and we didn't feel like we missed out on anything by paying a lower rate. The facilities and public rooms aboard the Emerald Sun a very nice and have an elegant look and feel. Our cabin was great...no complaints at all. They manage to squeeze a lot of room and amenities into a small space and still give us plenty of storage for our things. We really liked the cabin-wide picture window that lowered half-way down to let the outside in. We didn't miss a balcony at all and think this is a much better way to maximize space. The crew worked very hard to give us a good experience and almost all of them were very friendly. The food was basic, but was well presented. One thing to note...if you're looking for the typical big cruise line food extravaganza with midnight buffets and unlimited food all day, this may not be for you. Food was available only during breakfast, lunch and dinner, which was fine with us, but may not be for everyone. Of course there were bar, coffee, and soft drink services available throughout the day. Ports of call on this cruise were quite lovely. I love the walking tour concept...it's a great way to get a feel for a location. The headsets they have for the walking tours are great also, allowing you to hear the tour guide even if there's a lot of noise in the area. The only stop on our cruise I didn't care for was Bratislava, which feels like a place that wants to be a tourist destination, but doesn't know how to do it yet. I also enjoyed going through the locks, I think there were more than 20 of them on the portion of the Danube we travelled...very interesting thing to experience. Read Less

Danube Delight was an excellent river cruise! All the transfers were timely and covered in the cost, and were handled smoothly, expeditiously, and seamlessly. The ship was lovely, new, modern. The staff were very competent, attentive, pleasant, and efficient. The food was plentiful, generally very well prepared, themed to fit regions of the cruise, and served in a lovely formal dining room. Leisure space in the lounge and on the sun deck was well appointed, spacious, comfortably, and nicely served by accommodating bar staff. The cabins were large enough, well decorated, and regularly, actively cleaned, and the half window/balcony concept is clever and provides quite an enjoyable way to enjoy the river and the ports. Entertainment ranged from fun local musicians (German and Slovakian) to the crew (whose talent was sometimes rather thin). Shore time offered just enough guided direction and information with free time for independent exploring or hiking or biking with available bicycles). One always wants more time in Regensburg, Vienna, and Budapest, but the cruise effectively balanced shore time and schedule and information. Local guides were all very knowledgeable and articulate. Extra cost excursions were tempting and diverse. The cruise director was an excellent part of the experience; she was knowledgeable, articulate, fun, engaging, and informative, and totally organized. The fact that all transfers from arrival to departure and all tips were included meant that we could truly sit back and let the cruise happen to us--even though plenty of planned activities gave us great opportunities to burn calories from all the fine food. Frankly we loved just about everything on the cruise and were ready to go again at its end! Read Less

From the moment we got off our flight till we disembarked Emerald had us covered all the way. The on-board experience was further enhanced by the ever-present staff. Dgeordge at the Desk, Dragana in the bar, Lanka in the dining room and Patric the entertainer all performed exceptionally, We also met some very nice people and the smaller more intimate setting and less formality made the experience so much better than larger ocean liner cruises. Port activities were well organized, if you wanted to enjoy the sites and history of those places we stopped off at. Chef kept us wanting for more with the variety of meals offered and served. Wine selection in the bar could have been a bit better as it wasn't the same wine as served at meals. At the end our disembarkation went smoothly and it was nice to see Jana and Robert bid us all farewell. While we can knock this off our bucket list, we won't as we'll be back again for sure. We just got back from the May 26 Danube Delights cruise on the Emerald Sun, from Budapest to Nuremburg -- or almost to Nuremburg. Here are a few comments. 1. Overall, the cruise was very, very good. 2. The Emerald Sun is a very nice state-of-the-river-cruising-art ship, only one year old, with lovely, well-designed common areas and comfortable cabins. Of course the cabins aren't large but are well laid out, with plenty of storage space. The small but adequate bathroom space is utilized efficiently, and the shower water pressure and temperature (one of my pet peeves) were quite good. The "indoor balcony" with the window that comes half-way down is a clever idea. The coffee/cappucino/latte/etc. machine in the Horizons Lounge was a big hit. The pool/movie theater did not seem to be highly utilized during our cruise. 3. The crew was excellent -- hard working, friendly, always smiling, and providing great service. They were amazingly efficient and the housekeeping staff kept everything sparkling clean. Special mention must be made of Cruise Director Patricia, who was truly outstanding -- friendly, knowledgeable, charming, stylish, humorous, always upbeat and available, and she kept us very well informed. 4. The food (except for the very good soups at each meal) was just OK, the only thing about the cruise that didn't excite us. It was beautifully presented, but perhaps it was "toned down" for general palates and so not especially flavorful. The selection was good, especially at the bountiful buffet breakfasts and lunches. Dinner was seated, with a few choices for each of the four courses, and served by the efficient wait staff, who happily filled our glasses with the complimentary beverages. 5. The passengers (probably about 40% American, 40% British, 10% Canadian, and 10% other) were almost universally personable (Why wouldn't we be? We were on a wonderful vacation.), and the open seating with close tables at meals allowed conversation and making new friends easy. Ages generally ran from 45-ish to 75-ish, with the average being maybe around the early 60's. 6. We thought the ports-of-call were all good, but you can decide that for yourself based on the brochures and further research. Our local guides for the walking tours at each stop were also quite good. Emerald's new individual audio devices are great, allowing the 15-30 people with each guide to hear the commentary easily from as much as 25 meters away. All of the buses they put us on for various tours were very nice, clean and new. We took only one of the "extra" excursions, to Schonbruun Castle in Vienna, and it was fine. Those who did the Vienna concert liked it a lot. Some of the other "extra" tours were cancelled because not enough people signed up for them. 7. The evening entertainment on the ship was simple but pleasant, and quite a few passengers stayed up for much of it. Dining Room waiter Patrick is quite a character and a talented singer. 8. You have no doubt heard about the recent heavy rains in northern Europe, and although we had generally nice weather it ultimately did affect our cruise. The forecast for Days 3-5 called for showers, but few if any materialized. Then the next day (when we were headed for Regensburg) the forecast was good, but it rained, although not too hard where we were. However, the rain upstream had been severe and the Danube's water level rose significantly. Our captain decided it was not wise to go further upstream where there are some low bridges crossing the Danube, so we docked at Vilshofen, about a hundred meters downstream of a bridge. We saw some other similar boats going under that bridge, mostly going downstream, but the Emerald Sun stayed put for the last two nights of the cruise. Patricia explained our captain's decision, which made sense, and she also said that the continuing rising water level would likely cause more difficulties in the coming days. She said some ships might even get "trapped" between low bridges on certain sections of the Danube. On Day 6 Emerald sent us on buses for the Regensburg tour -- not a bad ride, about 1-1/2 hours each way from Vilshofen, actually a nice drive through pretty countryside. Emerald supplied large umbrellas, and we soldiered on for the Regensburg walking through some mild rain. 9. Regarding the end of the trip -- on the final morning they bused us from where we had docked at Vilshofen to our various departure locations -- Nuremburg airport (that's where we went, about 2-3/4 hours), train station, and bus station; Munich airport (farther); and maybe some other locations, perhaps even a bus ride to Prague for the optional extension. We were among the first small group (10 of us on a full-size bus) to leave the ship, at 6:00 a.m. for an early flight, so I didn't pay much attention to all those other places. 10. Specifically re the bike ride that some have asked about, about 30 signed up but only 15 did the ride, perhaps because of a bad weather forecast. The weather turned out fine, overcast but no rain. I did not do the ride but those who did said they enjoyed it, and that it was not taxing -- about 3-1/2 mostly flat hours, stopping a few times -- and spandex was not required. That day's cruise along the Danube was also nice, but not really much different than on other stretches of the river. 11. Overall, we highly recommend this cruise. Of course future weather conditions can't really be anticipated, and unfortunately those currently on the Danube Delights, as well as many other European river cruises, may be experiencing some logistical and enjoyment issues due to the weather. This was our first cruise and it was wonderful. Emerald took care of transport from the airport to our hotel then picked us up the next day for transfer to the ship. Once on board everything was perfect. Our cabin was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The staff was polite and respectful. They saw to our every need. The food on the ship was extraordinary and quite plentiful. All tours were great and the guides were very informative. Unfortunately, because the water levels were low in the Danube, we had to switch ships. The staff made the transition as painless as possible and we were on our way. We would definitely go on another Emerald Cruise in the future. Read Less
