Longer cruise than the usual 7-14 days, expected more bang for your buck as we are diamond plus but this voyage fell well short of the mark. We ate mostly in wind jammers as the main dining food was not up to standard, so menu repeated for the entire cruise and not a lot of anything decent to choose from. We sailed from Brisbane to Alaska on the Quantum of the Seas. The staff as always were efficient, hard working and kind. The food, however was disappointing and certainly inferior to pre covid days. Poor quality cuts of meat were used, any chicken dish in the Windjammer was inedible as the chicken pieces were just grizzle and chewy, as were the stews, having fatty grizzled meat in them. The ...
