We chose this cruise because it was cheap. you get what you pay for!! after the last p&o cruise, i swore i would never use p&o again. the food in all free restaurents was tasteless, poorly prepaired, poor quality & with little variety. i thought it may have improved, but it hasn't. BOARDING: This cruise did not start well. The line to board was not something I have ever experienced before - as this was my 15th cruise I had experienced everything from "almost instant boarding" to "wait in line" but nothing prepared us for the more than three hour wait - and we had already done the online check in! this is the worst ship I have ever been on for maintenance and services that ship is not been fully refinished the outside of the ship is in poor shape the flooring or deck of the ship is very dangerous to walk on my wife had a major fall the first day on the ship and received major injuries the ship head explain they do not have time to repair so we had to leave the ship 5 days later and fly home ...

We sailed from Brisbane to Alaska on the Quantum of the Seas. The staff as always were efficient, hard working and kind. The food, however was disappointing and certainly inferior to pre covid days. Poor quality cuts of meat were used, any chicken dish in the Windjammer was inedible as the chicken pieces were just grizzle and chewy, as were the stews, having fatty grizzled meat in them. The ...
