We eventually boarded the ship after 3 hours of waiting which was not a good start. We are Crown and Anchor members which usually means you get priority boarding but not in this case. We were told when putting our luggage in that they were only boarding suites not all members? However staff were going up and down the line with cold water to alleviate the heat. Backing up the reviews previously, I can concur that this was a dreadful "taster" cruise for anyone. The 3 hour queue in the sun to board due to "technical" difficulties (which later turned out to be caused by a lack of training for staff on new procedures); the well deserved and highly anticipated cold drink in the bar after the boarding farce was met with long queues AGAIN. Would not recommend to any one, 3 hour wait to check in & board after two computer break downs, boarding staff were so unorganised, we were in the line up for 2 hours then staff let people go through in front of us that had only waited 1 hour. 20 minute wait at all bars at any time of the day for the entire trip. This ship has seen better days, the cabins, going by ours and others of our friends who embarked on the two day sample cruise were very very small. We had a balcony and it was the smallest cabin we have ever had on any cruise and we have done many. there was no drinking water, no fridge, the showers were miniscule with 'Shower curtains' if you please, no shower gel/soap in the bathroom which was ...
