I cannot fault the embarkation, it was quick and easy. Cannot fault the staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Cannot fault the cleanliness.....cabin and all amenities were spotless.

I was bitterly disappointed with the legend of the seas as I had cruised with royal carribean in the USA and had a wonderfull experience .
all bars were understaffed and it was hell getting a drink for the entire 10 days

Embarking was a nightmare, The service all throughout the ship was a disgrace, the attitude the same.

Where do I start. Waited 3 hours in the hot sun to check in because RC hadn't trained the local check in staff and their system kept crashing. Stuff like this happens and is part of life. How did RC handle it. By ignoring it. So Bad start.
