The amazing service made this trip extraordinary!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Brilliance of the Seas

My wife and I chose this trip for my first ever cruise - a four-night cruise to Grand Bahama and back - with family and friends. It's one of the smaller ships, so I had lower expectations (after reading so much about the giant ships). We left for Tampa on January 11th, when national airports shut down in the morning - an inauspicious start. Worse yet, the weather turned - down into the 50's - ...

Exceeded our expectations!

We had a Crystal cruise booked for February which was cancelled when they ceased operations. Brilliance of the Seas is one of several options out of our very own Tampa cruise port, and this five day appealed to us. When I stepped off Brilliance, 25 months ago, from a cruise with three cousins, I told my husband I thought he’d like this ship, so I was delighted to see a schedule that would work for ...

Brilliance Cruise!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Brilliance of the Seas

We were on the March 19-24, 2022 cruise out of Tampa. This was our first time on Brilliance. We recently moved to the area and decided to take this cruise because it's only 30 minutes to the port from our home and we really like RCCL. We booked a Grand Suite so we had priority boarding. We opted for the valet parking which is well worth the cost. Even if you don't do the valet, there is a parking ...

We returned to cruising for the first time since the covid shutdown by doing back-to-back- to- back cruises on the Brilliance of the Seas starting on February 10 and ending on February 24. Because we are so excited to get back to cruising, we choose to emphasis the positive and not nit-pick too much about things that provide opportunities for improvement for RCL. First, the cruises left from ...

This was my first free cruise through Club Royale. Thank you. We left out of Tampa on the Brilliance. Was a wonderful cruise. Only around 1,100 passengers. Not crowded anywhere. Still had to wear masks but it was ok. All the crew were fantastic. Ship very clean. Room steward, Javier, very friendly, made you feel at home. Shows were great. You were served by crew in the Windjammer. All was good. ...

We live nearby but hadn’t cruised this ship since 2014. Booked it only 90 days out and ended up with an inside cabin as it was the only available Accessible. The deck 4 location was convenient to dining and Centrum. The ship was easy to board and mostly easy to get around even on Day 1. The staff are all pleasant and cheerful although not overly so. We enjoyed the cruise overall. The dining ...

We chose this cruise because it was a four night cruise leaving front tampa which is the easiest port for us, because it was a Christmas cruise that still gets us home for the big day! From the very beginning it was one pleasant experience after the other. We found the entertainment to be great and plentiful. Our room steward was super, always keeping us with a bucket of ice from the first day. ...

We went on this cruise to help a good friend of ours celebrate her Birthday. We managed to keep it a secret and totally surprised her and it was awesome. The cruise was wonderful and we had a really great time. I love the fact that we can now drive home in a few hours from all ports in Florida. Royal Caribbean has been our main cruise line since 1999. The ships are always very clean and ...

For 20 years high Seas Rally has used RCCL only. When your the best why look elsewhere? In the dining room we had Made Dinata and Polvin Vaz as our wait staff. How absulutly wonderful they were. After dining with them once, we requested them every evening. One eveing they we full and we had to be seated elsewhere. Oh my gosh you could tell the difference. Made and Polvin were ...

First Transatlantic --- ready to go again!

Embarking and disembarking on this ship were very well organized and went quickly. The ports of call on this trip were excellent. We got to stay overnight in Lisbon, Portugal which gave extra time to see the area. It was our first time in all of the ports except Barcelona where we departed from. Cartagena felt very safe to walk around to all of the main historic sites which were not far from ...
