My family and I went on a cruise last week on RC Brilliance of the Seas from the port of Tampa. This was not our first cruise, but it was the first cruise with RC and I have to say we were all shocked at how poorly this company was run. The rooms were nice and clean so I can't complain about that, but they no longer give you any amenities in the room. No robes, no free shampoo, conditioner, etc. ...
We have cruised with Royal Caribbean at least 10 times in the past and never in my wildest nightmares did I imagine that I would see the side of Royal Caribbean that I saw on this recent trip.
