We booked this cruise in July 2019, made final payment in March 2020 3 days before lock down occurred. We were refused a refund and so we went along with the need to wait. Not a happy ending here.

As I much prefer the smaller ships, this was a perfect fit. The Brilliance is in good shape overall. We were in a Grand Suite. Our room was clean and in wonderful condition. Our cabin steward, Luis, was attentive to all and any of our needs. The concierge, Amit, was very helpful in all facets especially with getting off the ship quickly at the ports of call and disembarkation.

I choose this cruise for the destinations. Never cruised with Royal Carribean before but it was an excellent cruise. Embarkation and disembarkation really smooth. We enjoyed our first cruise on this ship in 2016 and enjoyed it so much we booked to sail on it again.
